- Professor are supportive and good teaching skills and with modern tech like more practical lab and smart board teacher
- Strict action against any sort of nuisance and ragging
- Good sports facilities and really nice clubs.
Dislikes
- Too much of assignment and homework whatever you can say.need to grind but still can't be assured of college to bring you a good package need to try off campus
- Restriction on day scholars just like need permission for every single thing
Course Curriculum Overview
2nd oldest core branch in my college .as the college has become autonomous so new update relevant syllabus. Better that ai and ml I think so . because ai and ml are only good in tier 1/2 college the exam ar moderate and yet to be discovered due to being autonomous
Internships Opportunities
Project defers from person to person .and master in skills to skills. The company that come for placement often takes interns.10/100 other students have to try on there own avg stipend is 50k.but still talent get its way out here . Someday or other
Placement Experience
As a newbie I don't know about it but might be 6th semester student is eligible.amazon,TCS , Accenture, wipro,Cisco....etc highest is 60 lpa this year and average is around minimal 5lpa.as per the stats is 90%+..try to get into a good product based company
Fees and Financial Aid
There is only fee waiver to students on basis of selection of there annual income category there are options out there there are students have to just pay 30000 tution fees where as a normal student pays 140k for tution fees and 110-160k on type of room they want in hostel .its very to hard to get hostel room due to huge crowd and less rooms . There are various types of scholarship such national and state level then for armed forces and railway employees child . And Amazon also offers scholarship.and a merit based scholarship to student from college.
Campus Life
Yeah socially it very nice truly great for Android introvert like me as there are soft skills classes to enhance my confidence in public speaking.and senior are very generous.smart boards interactive lab classes of iot including Arduino and all .sports facilities are also really good just lack a swimming pool.umany many clubs out there to be explored
Admission
I got selected in vit Vellore cse but as it was too far from my home so i did not preferd it. Was getting a much much lower branch in iit and nit both .the best place where I could get cse was here .even eve in thapar and 5 year cce in lnmit but too expensive to worth for a paper degree
Faculty
Faculty are very easy to approach.very supportive.anurag tewari sir very helpful. Ther 2 mid semester exams and one end semester exam external exam and monthly CTS . And many surprise test also. No deficiency of exam out here
Interview Experience
I came through uptu counseling based on jee mains so there was no such interviews round for me . One can get through jee main or and 85%+ in boards and a interview round . Just general pcm question nothing too much.
