Likes

Faculties are good they can guide you so nicely. Provide you full support help you to full fill the basic pillars in your course
Mock interview are helding in college itself . Provides you skill development classes so that you can develop new skill and enhance your skills.
Co curricular activities are also held and in case of participating in that activities will help you to boosts your confidence and they also provides you certificates of that activities you can add up in your cv or resume.

Dislikes

Timing is tha only thing i dislike. After getting specialization your lacture gap should be of 2- 3 hours. It is so dissappointing for me.
Examination timing is too late after one another.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose marketing as i enjoying interacting with peoples. Meeting new challenges. In my course i gather up more knowledge about market ,market strategies not all the things but maximum things about marketing. Which help me to survive me in real world. But at some point i want them to improve this course in terms of digital way. Like no one is being ready to work on feild jobs so.

Basically the fees Structure depends upon your previous course marks. As more your marks are you can get a scholarship accordingly. Fees of This course is avg 3 lakhs. It must be variable according to the conditions like for uttarakhand candidate is must be some concession upto 10%. Examination fees and dress fees is included in that ..

Campus Life

The social life is good you can easily intract with peoples without any hesitation. Easy to take part in any clubs or any activity. Mentors are quite good . Library is open for all students you can issue any of your book anytime if the book is not present you can share the book details to the faculty.

I apply in this college because is is the closest college which provides quality of education. In roorkee i found this college is best. Eligibility criteria is to clear a aptitude test and basic interview.

My MBA Journey Was Amazing

Likes

I used to like playground as i won many matches there
I like faculties , they were highly supportive
I like the industrial visits also as we have a lot of fun and learning

Dislikes

I didn't like the mess food it was okayish only.
The pressure as there are many classes so schedule is very hectic.

Likes

The campus has decent infrastructure, a library, labs and a supportive learning environment.
Faculty members are helpful, and campus life provides opportunities for social interaction and personal growth.

Dislikes

Placements and internship opportunities could be improved, especially for MBA students.

Placement Experience:

At RIT Roorkee, MBA students generally become eligible for placements in the final year. Companies may offer roles in marketing, finance, HR and sales placement opportunities and salary packages depend on the company and student's skills. The highest package, average package and placement percentage vary each year students should improve their communication skills, practical knowledge and internship experience to get better opportunities. After completing my MBA, I plan to join a good company and build my career in management.

I like the canteen very much. As me and my friends used to sit there and have fun.
Faculties were very supportive. They are very helpful.
I like the hostel common room as i have a very good memories

Dislikes

Sometimes i didn't like the mess food. but it was not that bad
Hostel restrictions , you cannot go out , you have to take the permission from multiple people
Class schedule is very busy. There are so many training

Course Curriculum Overview:

To be honest they focus more on pratical rather then theoritical. W went for many industrial visit, like cocola, iits, parleg and many other 1st half classes are for theoretical and 2nd half for training. I think they should make the schedule little lighter but yes they prepare us for the real world challanges that is for sure/

I have spent the best time of my life at RIT

I liked the classrooms very much, because classroom was having AC.
A bench in the ground , me and my friends used to sit there.
During my time college focused more on industrial and practical exposure

Dislikes

Some times i did not liked the mess food. It was okayish
The burden of classes. Classes start from 9am and end at 5PM

Curriculum is affiliated with UTU. They are most focused on practial and theoretical They is a lot of pressure that i personally don't like. They uses smart techniques for the teaching. They should give more break i guess, holidays are very less

i liked my campus life especially the academic activities in which we were participated , commercio fista was organised by mba students where we installed our own lil shops in the campus and earned
we went for the industrial visits like mother dairy delhi, SEBI noida, KPMG and our batch got so much industrial exposue in my time
Our classes was full air conditioned and for mba students we have sepration seminar hall also we have incubation cell for the new start ups

Dislikes

strict rules for attendance, it should be 75 percent or above

i have done my graduation in 2024, in my 3rd semester placement was started that time our tpo was rajvardhan sir , i called so many companied in the campus for the placement finastra was one of then, i have cleared 3 rounds of finastra 1st was apptitude, then technical round then PI with HR in delhi office in feb 2024 i have got my offer letter and then july i have joined finastra just after my final exams got over, RIT and expecially members of placement are very proactive about their work , after 1 year in 2025 i went again in rit for the alumni meet my experience in rit was very good

I came to RIT Roorkee from Bihar for my MBA and I want to write this review specifically for students from Bihar and UP

Likes

The campus environment is good and you get students from different places, so you get a chance to interact with people outside your home state.
Faculty support can be good, especially when you are regular with your studies and approach them when you need help.
For parents from Bihar, having accommodation within/around the campus can make the transition easier.

Dislikes

Hostel and college rules can feel strict for students who want a lot of freedom.
You will need to put in your own effort for coding, communication skills, internships and other career preparation. The college alone cannot guarantee a good career.
The environment is fairly structured, which can be helpful if you want to stay focused on your studies.

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunities at Roorkee Institute of Technology are quite diverse, with a dedicated Training and Placement Cell that supports students through resume building, mock interviews, career guidance and recruitment drives. Holistic Review of MBA at IIM Kashipur

Likes

It's a student run campus which means that important decisions regarding students are taken by the student bodies.
The campus is beautiful and lush. The architecture of buildings are well though of made to keep buildings cool during summers and hot during winters.
The campus is very happening. Several cultural events occur.

Dislikes

As the town Kashipur is not very developed, there is not much of metro-city life or such amenities
The boys to girls ratio for core program is 4:1 and the opposite for the analytics program which makes the class interactions disproportionate, It should be uniform.
You can't order food from online platforms here as the city is remote so one has to resort to the options present on campus which turns out to be pretty limited in number and quality.

Placement Experience:

As soon as the second year starts, companies start coming for placements. These include ICICI bank, Wellsfargo, Genpact, Amazon, TresVista, Havells, TVS, Tech Mahindra etc. The highest package goes around to be 40-50 Lacs while average is around 14-15 Lacs. Almost all get placed while the rest opt-out from the process either for off-campus offers or pursuing higher education.

i chose this college because the reward to investment is fairly good. the fee of the university is considerably average as compared to other peer universities, and then this university is more reachable to me so that was the reason for me to choose this over others. other thaan this i also applied to graphic era but end up choosing this one because of the above reasons i mentioned. i didn't applied to many college so i haven't faced any rejection so far. The admission process of the college is fairly easy anyone can get into the university who have passed 12 in specific streams according to the desired bracnch the students wants to get into. College provide good assistance to the student during the time of admission. and the admission is also done on the basis of CUET score and scholarships are also provided on the basis of cuet and 12 scores....Read More
