Remarks

The positive remarks are that the college is very strict as it's compulsory to maintain attendance above 75%. The subject teacher of every class sends the attendance of every lecture on the parents WhatsApp group.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

Placement Experience

Our college has the highest placed students as compared to other colleges in Pune. Many reputed company come in our college and select the students according to their terms and conditions. The highest offered package until now is 12 lakhs/annum.

College Events

Our college is the major among the college in Pune to celebrate events. The one of the biggest event celebrated is Sinhgad Karandak. This event is the biggest cultural event in history of engineering colleges in Pune

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is normal as the government gives freeship/scholarship to students/college. All the colleges in Pune have only few thousands differences in their fees. Approx fees for engineering first year is 90,000.

Fees and Financial Aid

College gives option of scholarship to students of reserved categories with domicile of state. The college informs the students on time to fill the required forms and to submit the documents required for the scholarship process.

Campus Life

As the college campus is big is has cricket ground, football ground and many other things. The college is situated in the hill so the atmosphere is very calm and cool. As discussed about Sinhgad Karandak in events section, the Sinhgad sports Karandak is being conducted every year.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel is very very good as it's of 5 floors and 24 rooms per floor and 4 students per room but the mess provided is not good. The mess is compulsory if we take admission in hostel, do that the mess should not be compulsory.

External Expense: More Than Rs.15000

Alumni/Alumna

As I heard about raging before entering Engineering but here there's no such raging word in Sinhgad campus. All the senior students are helpful to the Juniors and new comers. They are friendly to everyone.

Faculty

4.5

Our college is having all the experts and experienced faculties. All are Phd holders. Their way of teaching is very nice. Our college conducts crash course before the semester exam, in that crash course college calls the teachers that are papersetters...

My perspective about my college!!

Likes

Such a huge campus and it is located not far from the city so bus and autos are always available.
Our canteens serves Misal Pav which is next level.
For a city like Amravati and a college like ours, having a tech fest is a dream but since 2022, we have been hosting a tech event called Techlons.

Dislikes

Crowd is not that amazing as most students are non-serious over here.

Placement Experience:

TCS trains us in the third year and L&T Infotech and TCS are the ones who hired students. Almost half the students were taken by these two companies with an annual salary of 6 lakhs or so. For a freshers to work in such companies is a privilege and I am glad, we get this opportunity at our college.

A Brief Theory Round Of Aissms College Of Engineering

Likes

The campus is quite big and there are proper laboratories for every subject , also the faculty is quite helpful and helps student to settle up and get along so that the teaching and doubt interaction is built up from the starting
We have metro station right outside the gate of college so the travelling is quite simple
It's also good to have a college stationary right inside the campus and with discount too!

Dislikes

The benches are small which kind off makes the students uncomfortable to sit for more than 2 hours in that space
Canteen hygiene is not maintained at all
There's no underground parking for students and lack of space for parking of two wheelers

Placement Experience:

Placements are quite good in Aissms College Of Engineering in comparison to the other one institute of Information technology. I personally have even saw seniors getting placements when they were in placement round room. And looking at all the boards the college has put up and I can definitely says that the college does get placements and companies do come

Admission process is just like any other engineering college, seat is allocated via CAP rounds after giving exams like JEE and CET. cutoff for both of them are different on various parameters like branch, category, gender or pwd, etc. When I got admission here cut off for general category closed at 91 percentile in CET for computer engineering department...Read More
