Admission process : fill the form , then you get some work to create and submit it , on the basis of that they give marks and then if you pass the first round then set a date for an online interview ( PI ) and on the basis of that they give you admission and scholarship. I tried to give nid but the exam questions were absurd. To be honest I didn't like the questions at all. They asked us to draw the process of making potato chips and things like that. I was so disheartened after what I studied and practiced for that exam but the exam syllabus is really tough. There is no fixed syllabus for NID so it's hard to pass it. Instead of that exam I really enjoyed doing the avantika university 's exam questions. They asked us to create a poster that was what a design student would do...it was fun to make that....Read More

The eligibility is 50% or plus in 10+2 or equivalent courses. From any stream. I had given MIT DAT and an Interview round to get selected at Avantika University. The DAT exam is 3hrs test and in the interview round, you're given a creative challenge which you've to solve and a portfolio round along with it in the same interview itself. The admission process was smooth and very good. You learn everything about the college from the admissions team. Our college has a really good education system. It's called designing. Where we have learned is a practical way and the engineers learn the part of designing and apply it in their models. We also have CEOs and designers from different companies coming and sharing their experiences....Read More

The college is very good. One positive remark is that the college has just started and the number of students is less so the faculty is well aware of all the students and pay individual attention too. Also, the campus is good. There is 24 7 wind and a good atmosphere on the campus, long roads for walking and cycling, and running. Football is a little difficult to play as there are no enthusiasts but I hope the batches coming will change the scenario. Also, music is a great way to chill out on campus. There are great instrumentalists in the college including me. I am a pianist too and we have frequent jamming sessions with bonfires and some other cool stuff....Read More
