Course Curriculum Overview
I would rate it 9 . The curriculum is very interesting and helps the optometry students to get to learn various new things. The scope and skills in this is Impressive. There are students coming from other states and Places like Nepal too .
Placement Experience
Almost in about 120 students. 90 students got placed . The placement drive is good and Every student gets opportunity to get placed . Few metorious students even got 2 -3 jobs at a time. College is supportative and cares abour well being of students
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees structure was about total 4.5 lakhs - 5 lakhs for the overall course . They have both semester wise as well as Yearly payment options for the fees , according to your convenience. Registration fees, Alumini fees , Caution fees, Admission fees are taken one time during admission time only. They also have discount offer if you had 60% or above in your board examinations. Thus I received a discount of about 10% additionally. Over time every year the fees increases so need to enquire about it.
Campus Life
My campus life, Overall experience here was memorable and Enjoying. There are sports, music, dance and various interests as per your choice. You can participate in them too . There are various cultural activities too.
Admission
The admission process requires you to qualify the CET . The campus life , placement drive and everything is better as compared to other colleges in the city . The Admission process is also swift and the travel routes are also feasible.
Faculty
The faculty to student ratio is 5:60 . There are total 8 semesters being a 4 year course . The exams are not much difficult to clear as the faculties provide good Notes and Last year board questions. The papers are circulated from the MAKAUT itself and not made internally in college.
