Likes

The campus size of the college is medium.
There is a career development club also available in the college.
Infrastructure is good. The size of library is large.

Dislikes

Campus is good but at some places it is very dirty.
The teaching method is not so good. Some teachers are mostly remains on leave.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose the course bachelor of arts with the subject combination of psychology and public administration. Because I wanted to study the nature of human behaviour. The examination was held for 3 hours. There are 5 questions in the exam. Each question carries 16 marks. Exam was not so difficult to pass.

Class Size: 278Course Fees: INR 5844 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The total fees of the course bachelor of arts for the 1st year is 5844. And for the 2nd and 3rd year student it is approx 3500rupees. There are scholarhip facility available for the students belongs to the category of sc and st worth 14000 rupees.

Campus Life

There is not any type of annual or cultural fest in the college. The infrastructure of library is excellent. There any various types of books available in the library such as regional books and course related books also. Sports events also held in the college.

Admission

To take admission in college you need to submit application form online on the department of higher education website. I didn't apply for any other colleges because I think this is the best college in our locality. The admission will be done on the basis in merit list release by the college. There was not any type of entrance exam for the admission.

Faculty

The faculty team is very supportive. I liked it is because there is a mentorship program for the students who wants to do a start-up. There are semester wise exams for the students. Difficulty level of exam is medium. Some students fail the examination because they didn't do any study for the examination.

My Overall Experience at college has been very positive.

Placement Experience:

I feel pretty secure about my career because our training opens door that normal degrees just can't match. Our seniors land roles as risk analysts and foreign policy researchers, even secruing great spots at top think tanks right after graduation. Some even interned at Niiti Consulting, and others got into ShowTime Consulting and Stimuler. Seeing people land roles at Lead Tech and the BCG Graduate Apprenticeship Program gives me massive confidence for placements.

I liked the infrastructure of the college .
I like the way of teaching and the faculties are absloutely good.
Also we are able to converse with our teachers anytime we feel to as they are always ready to help us

There is not that thing that I disliked till now.
Everything is good in this university. Nothing is bad

Placement Experience:

This college provides placements to those who are well deserved to this. Students who do well in their academics and crack the interview are provided with the college placements. Highest package is around 56lpa from btech cse

My overall experience at JGU has been very positive.

Placement Experience:

I feel so relieved my seniors because our job placements had so much variety. I love that JSPC doesn't just box us into one specific career path. I saw huge consulting firms like PwC UK and BCG hiring right next to tech names like Zomato, OneBanc, and Kanerika. I also noticed great roles at places like Bal Raksha Bharat and Mom's Belief for anyone wanting to do advocacy, psychology, or therapy. I honestly feel like my career can go anywhere now.

The Faculty of JGU highly qualified, my overall experience at JGU has been execellent.

Placement Experience:

At JGU, the Office of Career Services puts a lot of effort into preparing us for the competitive industry in digital media, podcasts, investigative reporting, multimedia storytelling, and data journalism. We have an exceptional alumni network with students who have graduated from our college and become political reports at The Hindu or media consultants for the UAE-India council, or even bagged the role of anchors at NewX and ET TV. The intense training that we get makes us ready for the industry. The institution helps us a great deal in shaping our resumes.

Overall Experience at JGU has been very positive.

Placement Experience:

Thinking about life after graduation used to completely stress me out, but the office of Career Services here really takes the pressure off. They work right alongside us from the 1st year to fix up our resumes, practice interviews, and figure out what we actually want to do. Whether you want to jump straight into corporate communications, digital media, creative writing, or head off to a great international university for your master's, the support here gives you a massive head start. Seeing my seniors land great roles makes me feel so much better about my own future.

JGU is delightful place!!

Likes

JGU Campus can match any international campus as it is that kind of a campus.
We have a sports stadium inside the university and nearly 20 sports facilities are included within.
Campus offers a splendid night life as well as students here can be seen roaming at the campus till 2 am as it is new normal here.

Dislikes

Most students here are not so serious about studies here as they are rich brats.
Intenrships we still have to find on our own as college doesn't provide from their end.

Placement Experience:

EY, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley and all other companies which defies international economics are the ones which recruits students of JGU. Theh even conduct seminars and workshops and tells us the things which we need to add in our arsenal to be fit and ready for placements. Jindal Students of Economics easily score placements worth 5-7 lakhs and nearly all the students who wish for placements gets it too.

I really like the faculty because the faculty is renowned
I also like the freedom of choosing your major
I also like the diversity among the students

Dislikes

I don’t like pollution because of region in NCR
Sometimes you might feel homesick or left out
Too many rich people makes you feel left out

Placement Experience:

The placements rate at Ashoka is 100% though majority of students chose to go for further studies either abroad or prestigious Indian colleges. But if you want to sit for placement Ashoka will make sure you well trained and able to present your true self.

The College Camaraderie

I chose this college as it was was following the same curriculum as of all the colleges of the city, within walking proximity from my place. My desired course was also avaialble. Honest review about my college

So I have given the CUET examination for Delhi University in which I opted to get admission in BSC hons. Computer science, due to low score I didn't get admission on Delhi University so I decided to take admission in dronacharya government college because I don't have any choice left. I couldn't go to private college as I am from middle class family, they cannot afford the expenses of private college.
