It is improving day by day and will be one of the best if it improves the faculty. It have a good placements options and a strong Management and the infrastructure is also upto Mark and the hostel is also good.
Course Curriculum Overview
It is updated every year according to the industry demand and their is a internal/external division of 40/60 for theory and 60/40 division for practical. Practical is considered as a separate subject .
Placement Experience
Yes, the university have good placements as it is shown that more than 250 companies visit this is year with more than 5000 student place with highest package of 31 lakh in Amazon and many other brands like Microsoft, Detollite etc. We have met with those student who are placed .
College Events
Their are numerous event like the 9x tashan and CU Fest and this year we have AIU event for 5 days which was national level Culture fest and we have IEEE event IOT Hackathon and now we are having techenvert in the university.
Fee Structure And Facilities
It is feasible but with 10% incremental every year it is moving towards being expensive. I am studying with 50% scholarship as I got more than 90% in my 12th exam and two of my friends are with 100% scholarship as they score more than 140 in mains exam
Fees and Financial Aid
Their are many scholarship on merit basics like 50% on above 90% and 20% on above 80% and their is 100% scholarship for student with more than 140 Marks in mains and 50% also and their is also scholarship on the basis of sports, Kashmir student, Army etc..
Campus Life
Here the labs are treated as different subjects and their is a list of practical and one practical has to be performed every week and the Marks are to be uploaded on UIMS every week so, the procedure is every transparent.
Hostel Facilities
Yes , it have different option ranging from 1 seater to 5 seater. 5 seater cost 71000 and 4 seater 78000 and 3 seater at 84000 and no 2 seater and then 1 seater at 95000 with duct facilities and AC rooms also.
Alumni/Alumna
Their are workshops or like we can say a one to one questionnaire where we are allowed to ask questions to the seniors which are placed and even the one which are working.We also have open House where we directly interact with VC for any complaint or feedback.
Faculty
It is not bad nor good but they are more towards motivating for doing things and give the direction what we need to do . So, overall it is a good faculty as their are some senior teachers also which are good with staff.
