UPS AND LOWS OF MY COLLEGE LIFE

the curriculum for computer science strem was very much interesting and i was interested in coding since school life so eventually i chose the course . this curriculum prepares us to know the upto date versions of technology and allows us to be more technology centric student . the areas of improvements i can suggest would be to allow students to do more own coding than just textual knowledge so they will learn to upgrade themselves more independently rather than dependent to textual stuff and coding is not easy and difficulty of finding errors are more than learning textual stuff as it doesn't teach how to solve the errors .

internships are available in full flow of years , i mean every year students get opportunity to have ineternship to apply for . stipend are good and students get role under supervision of senior . the internship helps to gain experience and provide internship completing certificate which we can add in our resume to get applied and qualified for job that we need or dreamt of

so i am currently pursuing in bachelors of computer science from satish pradhan dnyanasadhana college in thane and its my last year THIRD YEAR . First year fees was almost Rs 45000 and it was totally worth it helped me to learn many more skills and knowledge about technology and coding , then i cleared my first year with good cgpi and pursued for Second year , then fees was nearly by Rs 40000 and helped me to gain more hands on my previously learnt skills with the help of this stream and same as first year i completed my second year with flying colour . right now its my final year with the fees of almost Rs 35000 and now i can say this college is totally best in thane for any stream . as i come from general caste it was mandatory to pay full fees every year the total fees was divided in various terms like tuitions,caution,admission,gym and many more , many of my friends belongs to SC/ST caste so they use to get education help or can say they paid more like 75% off from original fees criteria paying system . this college provides internships which are paid sometimes non paid to gain experience which helps to get job after graduation or sometimes some internships are kind of which helps to get permanent job in the inetrnship .. overall this college is not just about studies and studies its an combination of studies , fest , sports , industrial visits , fun and many more

in my college the annual and technical fest gets held by end of year and continuing new year . the annual common fest is named UTOPIA and other streams conduct there own fests as per there streams motive and the technical fest is IT Fest named as FESTINOBIT . library issue library card with that card we can access the books we want and its good availability of books are good . rooms are well ventilated , fan and lights are good working and labs are AC ventialated. each classroom have smart tv and projector for better understanding . sport and extracurricular activities are offered from colleges helping to pursue students as per there interests. reader club made for bookish people is available

well it is just i never applied different colleges as this college holds good reputation in my family so i chose this and it is totally worth it . i also got attracted to this college as it have good fests , sports as i am sporty guy and loves football and volleyball . i never got rejected from other colleges and its also i never applied other colleges so there is no fear of being getting rejected . admission process is of two type online and offline ,either get applied to college online or choose offline way , eligibility to my college is over 60 percentage and have more so i got eligibilty passed , CS AND IT exams are preffered and cutoffs are more than 4 cgpi

In my college the faculty-to-student ratio is more like 8/10 students meaning if students are 50 then faculties are 20 to be honest but the faculty are very polite but they also know how and when to get serious depending our i mean students behavior . as i am from computer science stream so more like i would say my faculty teachers are more good but its not good to judge so every faculty are absolutely good . its not like an hatred but sometimes facutly ignores maybe its because of there mental stress level as they are also humans in the end . so total there are 6 semesters , 4 semesters are conducted by college and the last final 2 semesters are conducted by the mumbai universtity and students get different colleges allocated so that they don't do any malicious activities as the college environment changes . semesters are not difficult but kind of moderate depends how students studies even though exams are easy until one don't studies so eventually exam will be difficult for them . failure rate of students is more like 4/10 . course curriculum is relevant to day to day life helps to get know how technology is evolving in day to day life

well college do have gym cafeterias and library and garden or i can say botanical garden . our college don't have hostels . famous place near our college is talao pali and its safe in night to roam . kfc and burgerkings for food and malls like Viviana and R mall are more popular
