Colleges in kannur university provides good atmosphere for students Upliftment. Colleges conducts seminars and wide variety of programmes which may teaches the practical application of subjects. I think the teaching method should be changed.
Fees and Financial Aid
Kannur university provides wide variety of courses. Basically arts, science and commerce subjects. From this year onwards university updated its programme with both four year and three year programmes. Students are eligible for variety of scholarships provided by Kerala government as well as central government.
Campus Life
Colleges conducts wide variety of programmes like National seminars project presentations etc. Apart from this college umion conducts cultural programmes like traditional day, freshers day, college days. Also they celebrates festivals like onam, christmas and holy.
Admission
I choosed kannur university because of ease of colleges. Also it is one of the university which enhances not only the academic life but also the extra curricular activities. Inorder to get admissions to kannur university campus students shoul write entrance exam. For the admission to colleges no need of any entrances but the application is online
Faculty
Faculty to student ratio is appropriate. Apart from teaching staffs there are lab assistants for supporting students in labs. In a year there will be two semester examinations and the exams are not too much tough.
Night Life
Colleges doesn't provide any nightlife and there is no gym in campus. All colleges contain a cafeteria with limited items which should be improved. Colleges hostels also lack some sufficient facilites.
