Remarks

Always appreciate the remarks of the college as they are good in their particular departments. also the infrastructures are good separete chemistry, math, and bioscience buildinga are likely to be inagurate as the buildings are complete which will give the college a next level.

Course Curriculum Overview

5

Its good . Now its semeseter, CGPA system on our college and I think its good as its creating exam environment after 6 months every year . I think this biannual exam structure getting atmosphere of study in a continuous manner.

Placement Experience

1.5

Yes some of the place ment systems are there by Tcs training other companies like this. On the other hand students are also doing projects as well as field works which gives them a great experience which is really helpful for them.

College Events

5

Collge premises witnessed various festivity carnival every year. You can say all the types of events which a college premises can celebrate like saraswati puja, annual celebration of function, national level seminars , art and culture showcase amd many more.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is not so high as it is a govt sponsored college. The college fee structure is very much in limit in the basis of students also theres a system of cut off of fee for the economically backward students .

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarship systems are availble for students ofcourse according the merit of the studnets and also cut off systems of the fees for economically backward class studnets . Hence systems ware well on mark.

Campus Life

3.5

Extra curricular activities like sports such as out door like cricket, foot ball, batminton on the other hand indoor sports like chess, table tennis, carrom, batminton etc.Appart from these sports the NCC plays a crucial role in the extra curricular activities.

Hostel Facilities

5

Hostels are also Good for the students who live from comimg out of the town. The hostels are well furnished and the care takers of those are also reliable which makes a better relation with students.Hence good.

Alumni/Alumna

Alumnies and seniors are often with the touch with the profesors as they are always the inspiration of the students both seniors and new comers. But seniors are help full by provinding notes and procedures how a student can avail good marks.

Admission

Form fillup according to the admission procedure date on college website and merit list published. Got selected in the counselling. After counselling programme gave an interview and got selected in the honours course on B.Sc. zoology.

Placement Experience:

People who major in my department usually opt for masters over placement not because of this college but because overall industrial or academic opportunities are better with a pg degree. Masters from this college is not recommended as i have heard so from my seniors. Some of my seniors managed to crack competitives and secure MSc seats at great places. Training and Placement cell had a good coordinator previously but now its almost non existent. Companies do come and hire Bpharm, Mpharm and MSc candidates. Packages are below average. Only Nestle pays well. But if you do well you'll eventually climb up the corportate ladder. From the time i am here i have not heard of any BSc candidate getting placed. Most go for higher studies.

Placement Experience:

The average package offered for such roles ranges between ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package offered to a BSc student is around ?4 LPA, depending on skills and specialization. Overall, around 15–20% of BSc students get placed through campus drives, and many students rely on off-campus opportunities.

The course is very relevant as it provides us an overall knowledge of biology and not dividing it into various sections rather giving us an insight of every aspect of biology. It includes everything such as microbiology, zoology, botany, physiology, molecular biology and so on.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Completely relevant. As the college is autonomous it has its own syllabus. Which matches with the net gate jam exam syllabus. When someone came our college for seminar they strange that we know this much. Exam are quite difficult in 2 months interval.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum was well thought out as per me but there were subjects that i found absolutely unnecessary. Subjects like history evs and clc were in no way related to my course. Coming to the main subjects Design, Printing, Photography and film and Media Training were absolutely necessary for my course and whilst the faculty for some of these subjects were really bad, some were good. It is also important to mention none of these subjects actually helped us prepare for the real world. Instead internships and freelance helped us more than these subjects could ever do. Exams were held bi monthly to keep track of what we learnt and every 6 months we had our semester exams. Overall if you want to be a media professional INTERNSHIPS AND JOBS WILL HELP YOU MORE THAN A COLLEGE WILL. I am biased on this opinion as my college didnt provide me with the correct guidance and support i needed to make it in the real world.

Placement Experience:

In case of computer science department, placement is provided at the Last year of M.sc course. Many companies like Wipro, b10x, Tata visited here. Highest package ever is three lakh per annum. 20-40% of the students got placement after completing M.Sc computer science. My plan after B.sc is to pursue MCA.

Course Curriculum Overview:

* It's all about practical knowledge, we are getting from this course and another aspect is if you wants to make your career in research or lecturer then you should go for it. *No changes required in teaching methods but if college will provide hostel facilities and campus requirement drive, then it will better for candidates.
