Remarks
I was solely focusing on IITs and NITs throught my JEE exam but due to corona, my entire 12th class went miserable and my study went drastically down due to which I was unable to get enough rank to secure a seat in any IITs or NITs and since I was focusing only on them thus giving me no time to search for any alternatives and by this I unfortunately gave exam for a private university which I am currently in at.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course which I chose was good in such a way that the demand of this especially in government sector is way more than any other branch and thus making it a good choice for someone who wants to go in a corporate sector.
Internships Opportunities
There are multiple companies that comes to our college and one such company is ElectricPe (Wattapp Technologies Pvt. Ltd.) which has offered internship for 6 months with the stipend of 30k per month and Salary after 6 months as CTC 10 LPA + 2L variable pay
Placement Experience
From semester 7th students gets placement oppurtunities while the internships are sometimes even gievn to 6th semester students. Although the pay pakage of the placements offers which we get are not that satisfying on the year which I am as it is just around 4-8LPA along with some kind of bond which is not considered good pay nowadays.
Fees and Financial Aid
I had paid 56k (acadmey fee) + 2k (exam fee) per semester in the first 2 years. Later the exam fee got increased by 500 and in the third year I paid 56k + 2.5k. But due to my accident in 5th semester I lost my scholarship and thus in the final year I am paying total amount that is 80k + 2.5k. Registration fees was 10k only which would be adjusted in the academy fees later on. The actual academy fees was 80k per semester at the time of my joining which is increasing every year by 10k per semester. And since i gave my college's entrance exam and thus secured 24k scholarship amount which unfortunately I lost in the final year due to my medical emergency.
Campus Life
This is the only thing which is good in my college as there are plenty of things where we can take participate and to even represent our college outsides. As there are plentiful of competitions held every month for every student of any almost every disciplinary to take part in it.
Faculty
Faculties are good and they tries to handle us in an appropriate way excepting some of the cases. Course curriculum is relevant to our branch as it also includes some of the multidisciplinary subjects from CSE and ECE which nowadays are very important for an individual. There are total of 3 exams held each semester: MST-I and II (Mid- Semester Test) and EST (End Semester Test) along with the lab practical exams after each of these exams if any.
Night Life
Along with the competitions the food here is also good. The canteens, cafeterias are all available for students as well as faculty members. The library is also opened all the time for student to study in peaceful environment.
