Likes
- The college provides a nice sports complex with amenities which are useful for sports students .
- Provides fees concession to sports students as well as grace marks .
- The campus life provides several opportunities to participate in competitions and build some skills.
Dislikes
- The faculty is very biased and only assign marks based on their own preferences and not capabilities of students.
- The 75% attendance rule is very strict and if you fail to achieve that due to even genuine reason then you have to pay a hefty sum.
- The sports amenities can be way better for cricket as they dont have a ground yet for students to practice on.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum has been designed to provide the students with the skills required to land them a successful internships . They not only provide technological skills but also talking skills like soft skills and aptitude.
Internships Opportunities
The internships opportunities are ample in the university from top MNC's like microsoft , amazon and even google . One can sit for these internships in theri 3rd years but again you have to be eleigible by a minimum cgpa and also something to do with TPP.
Placement Experience
The placement cell is active with the highest package being around 1.75cr but the quantity of the placements is very less compared to the strength of the students in the course . There is also eligibilty to have minimum of 7.5% cgpa to actually sit for the placements.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees is quite high as i need to pay around 1 75 lakh per semester and in addition to it there are exams fees as well and other feeses which are to be paid to get enrolled in several courses which are compulsory . Th financial aid is avaiable on the basis of merit from the cucet entrance exam
Campus Life
The campus life is very happening with fests being held almost everyday . There are also student run groups fpr cultural activities and several competitions like inyterdepartmental sports competitions with equal opportunities eing provided to the females aswell.
Admission
I oly chose this college and did not apply for others . The college is up to date with technology advancement in labs as well as update the curriculum regularly and not teach the old rigourous theorotical based curriculum.
Faculty
The faculty although qualified still lacks in their way of teaching . Not all but some . There are also proper grieviance redressal system so that you can provide feedback about your professsor at the end of each semester . Their are mid term exams and then end sems.
Interview Experience
No i did not face any kind of group discussion or written test for the admission . You just need to have the money and you can get in the college other wise you can appear for cucet entrance exam and get admission in the college.
Night Life
The night life is okayish as there are restrictions on the campus with the girls being restricted only till 8 pm but still a few cafes are open even at night which are inside the campus which can be enjoyed . One can also encounter jamming sessions once in a while .
