All about chandigarh university

The course curriculum which i opted was the one which i wanted to study and i am happy that i got it. The curriculum prepares us for the real world applications. It give us project and research paper to make which helps us to know more about our course and the language or the topic on which we are making our project. Frrquency of timing between exams is enough for a person to prepare well.

There are many internship opportunities provided by the university. Few companies visited recently. They were coinbase, PayPal, JPMorgan and few people also got the internship opportunity and university also provides you with the opportunities outside the campus. Students get internship with monthly stipend of 1 lakh.

Chandigarh university provides campus placement and it provides good placement to their students. Number of companies visit cu for placement offers. CU is well connected with the companies and well known that is way many companies visit for the placements. Companies like tcs,JPMorgan, flipcart, coinbased,paypal, tech mahindra and many more visit. Students are eligible for placement from 4th year i.e 7th semester. Colleg provides good placement. Average placement is around 6 lacks and more than 90 percent students get placed.

Yearly fees is 212000 and semester fees when I joined was 106000 excluding examination fees which is 2500 per semester. There are no extra charges other than these. The fees is increasing. Now in 2024 the semester fees increased to 130000. Talking about scholarships, they provide it on the basis of your 12th percentage and they also conduct there own exam CUCET through which you can avail scholarships.

Campus life is just like a person wants from their college. Cu provides you with a great big campus with unforgettable campus life. It is full with greenery. Number of events are organized by clubs. There is a fest which happen in even semester named CU FEST. It is a grand fest where great concerts and dj night happen. I love campus life at cu. Many clubs are there which are run by students. It is also good in sports and extracurricular activities

Hostel is well maintained with equipped infrastructure. Cleanliness is maintained and security is tight. You get rooms according to you comfort. 2 seater, 3 seater, 4 seater, 5 seater rooms are available. You will get all the facilities required by you in your room. Mess food will depend on person to person, some may like it some may not according to their taste buds but food quality is good and hygiene is maintained. There are many pgs and room available near campus.

I choose this college as in 2022 jee exams were delayed and when the result was out most of the college admissions were closed and this was one of the best from remaining colleges. It is well reputed college. My friend was also in this college and he also recommended me. Admission process for CU is that you need to fill the application form on their website and they will call you for further process.

Chandigarh university provides you with the best faculties who are well verse with their courses. They are highly qualified and experienced. Students relation with faculty members is good as faculty is helpful and available foe their student. There are 2 mid sem exam and 1 final exam and the level of exam is average. One who have studied will score good marks. And there is relative grading system.

Talkin about night life in and around my campus, it is great as in you will not get bored whether you are alone or with your friends. You will get your peace at the same time you will not feel alone. People will be around to cherish and help you. It is safe also. There are little restrictions foe girls regarding timings but they also enjoy alot. Their hostel timing is 8pm whereas boys hostel timing is 10 pm. Both hostel is provided with well equipped gym and stores.
