Remarks

According to me this college is one of the best college of the city. It provides amazing learning atmosphere with great faculty members. College has all the eminities. Labs,Library,sports and canteen all are well maintained.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum of the college is really impressive which involves students in studies throughout the year unlike other colleges It is slightly different from other colleges in the state The college is an Autonomous institute. One year is divided into two semesters, each samester have different syllabus. Written exams are held twice in an year one for each semester.

Placement Experience

Being a graduate in science I came across a few number of job opportunities in college. Yes there were placements going on but I didn't took part in that, because I have my own goals to be achieved.

College Events

- There is a freshers party -There were too many seminars about - science and technology, career counselling, etc. - Every year there is a science day celebrations College provides opportunity and information about the events organising outside the college like, I took participation in PRASHNOTARI by Durdarshan and also in Marathon, along with this I also participated in Symposium in and outside the college

Fee Structure And Facilities

It is extremely feasible You have to provide complete fees for the year at the time of admission. Your fees will include your library as well as your college uniform charges No extra or hidden charges are collected later by college

Fees and Financial Aid

College helps all the students who are seeking state and central scholarship. College also notify the students about scholarship test conducting in the city and appreciate students to participate actively There is no scholarship programme organised by college.

Campus Life

Labs are well maintained here and provides young minds with everything the require to enhance there knowledge Faculty is very helpful. Activities like quiz, science fair, roll play , etc are organised here NCC, NSS, can be joined while studying in college Sports facilities are also provided by college and guide the students who are appearing in interstate and national tournaments.

Alumni/Alumna

- No alumni association is present in the college, hope soon it will be. - While in the college I appreciate the senior junior relationship. - Yes they are helpful Senior students guide juniors and are helpful always.

Admission

- Fill the admission form and submit it - College will release merit list - If you have got enough marks to clear the cutt off - then go to the college campus and submit your credentials - thats it You got the Admission

Likes

The college gives good exposure to design through practical assignments, creative activities, workshops and projects. It encourages students to think differently and develop their own ideas.
The faculty members are approachable and provide guidance during design projects. The studio-based learning and regular feedback help in improving creative and presentation skills.
like the opportunities to participate in college events, photography, exhibitions and other activities. The interaction with seniors, alumni and other design students also adds to the overall college experience.

Dislikes

The workload can sometimes be quite high, especially when multiple design assignments and submissions have close deadlines.
Some activities and projects can require additional materials and expenses, which can increase the overall cost of studying design.
The college can further improve its facilities, resources and infrastructure to make studio work and practical learning more convenient for students.

Placement Experience:

I am currently in the Foundation year, so I have not experienced the college placement process yet. I do not have first-hand information about the semester from which students become eligible, companies visiting the campus, number of offers, salary packages or placement percentages. My current focus is on developing a strong foundation in design and building my skills through practical assignments and projects. After completing my Interior Designing course, I plan to work in the interior-design field and gain practical industry experience. I would also like to explore different areas of interior design before deciding on a specific career path. I will be able to give a more accurate review of placements after experiencing the process in the later years of the course.

the class timings are really flexible that is maximum 5 hours in a day
there are a lot of fun events in college every other day
the male to female ratio is approx 1:1 and both genders jam well with each other

Dislikes

the money factor i would say is one thing which doesnt add up if placements are considered
the freedom provided here might not be the best for everyone u need to have self control over yourself
people here can get too entitled and the pda inside might bother you but you will find your people

Course Curriculum Overview:

the cirriculum is designed in a way such that most of the outdated and uselss things are removed this year and the labs of each subjects help you well enough to dive deeper into the application of the subject . some areas for improvement can be removing unnecessary subjects like manufacturing process for cse students . main exams are held every 3 months and the difficulty is moderate

The campus placements is very good and the head of placement department Dr Abhishek meel sir provide training to students about interview and how to make cv and resume for good industrial approach. The average package is 5 lpa to 8 lpa from tge campus placements program

The faculty member are knowledgeable and supportive. They help students in academic as well as practical learning
The College Campus is clean and provide a good learning environment.

Palacement opportunity can be improved by inviting more companies to the campus
More practical workshop and industry interaction.
Some administrative take time and could be made more efficient

The courts circulum covers the basic concept well and helps student understand the subject however some topic we love dated and there should be more focused on practical learning and industry is relevant skills. The exam are conducted regularly and are murdered difficultly over ruled the courts is useful but it can be improved by adding more hands on training and updated content

Journey in Few Words

Likes

The place is not only promoting studies they are also promoting the Talent by organising various events where they learn and develop other skills.
The Girls to Boy ration is good - 40:60.
The campus is also fine not very premium not very bad. If you're a good place in budget constraints you can opt for this.

Dislikes

They are little focused more towards money. for example when there is attendance less than 75% still if Student pay the fees they allow him to sit in exam.
Teachers can be more better. My experience with the staff is not very amazing. A lot of time i corrected some the teachers for certain topics

Placement Experience:

- Here the placements starts in the beginning of the 4 year. Campus placements are offered and it's not bad. Even we'll get some internship opportunities in 4 year before college ends - In my year the highest package is 14LPA in Mahindra

Teaching techniques of over faculty in my college the just scroll the pdf and tell about topics
Result delay is very common problem in my college

Placement Experience:

Form 5 th semester students become eligible for compus placement. Tcs , wipro ,infosys, jk cement, wonder cement these companies visited and they provide average package 4 to 5 lack per year. Through past record highest package is around 33 lack and average package 4 to 5 lack per year Minimum percentage for Good company is 7 cgpa . My plan after getting The degree is i go for masters in technology

A complete average College

Likes

Friendly Teachers - treat you warmly and respectfully.
No severe Attendance Criteria or Extra marks deduction.
Many Seminars included throughout the course.

Dislikes

Architectural issues, building without repairs and many damages, no parks or playground for sports and activities.
Damaged computers and conjusted computer labs.
Need to revise the syllabus for CSE/IT as it is not keeping up with current tech.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum includes lab works, workshops and seminars. Which influence the choice to choose the course. But they are lacking to get hands on experience. Though they are guest lectures and seminar which is highly beneficial. Need to provide report on summer internship, industrial training, which is mandatory according to curriculum. Which helps in gaining hands on real life skills. But students still pass this barrier using fake certification and copied reports. And faculty is not strict about this. I believe the latest technologies which is not integrated in curriculum like AI/ ML ,recent frameworks , even if integrated not taughtd in depth. Like we have subjects AI , ML but no practical learning. Assignment are huge burden with little learning we need assessment that tests understanding rather than memorization. More subjects needed on softs skills especially in last year during placement season. Live project with company as all student are not able to land good internships. Frequency of exams like midterm( 2 in 3-4 months) ,practical( at the end of semester just after 2 nd midterm exam). End semester exams - 10-20 days after practical exams.

Quality of infrastructure is like a Nit as they focus on giving best building and infrastructure with good curriculum too. Advanced technologies and amenities are awesome.

I choose this course because here the course is relevant and infrastructure is good also they give scholarship to study here . Curriculum helps very well in improving real world applications in day to day life . Teaching methods are impressive but some times it looks like a burden as they give load to students in improving themselves so this thing they should improve . Timing of the exams are of 3 hours . Their exam pattern is like other government college but they take exam strictly. Difficulty level is medium level .

Being a Government national college, the diversity is very vast and it helps us understand about the different communities and cultures.
The college provides very educated professors who help you achieve your passion and enhance your vision. They provide information regarding the books you could refer which usually doesn’t happen in other colleges or universities.
The college assigns a group of 10 students to a particular mentor who guides you not only through technical vision but also in the mental health of the student.

Dislikes

Being a south indian, I wasn’t fluent in hindi. This made a hinderence to my study life. But the professors started explaining each class in english later on after my request
The less number of placements could be an issue
The end time for girls is 10pm which is according to me a decent timing. But I think they should atleast let the parcels come past the college main gate after 10. Because the boys can collect it from there but the girls cannot.

Placement Experience:

There are campus placements provided by the college. Students shall be adopting for placements in their final years. The visited companies are Apple, JP Morgan, Meesho, DE Shaw, Salesforce, Adobe, Airtel, Amazon, Bajaj motors and so on. Highest salary id 64LPA, average is 18.39LPA for the CSE branch. The overall percentage of students getting placed is 82% for both BTech and BArch with an average package of 13.2LPA. I shall be trying to get placed.

i dont remember how many college i applied to but i got delected in BHU , DU , RU etc - i dont regret leaving RU( politics ruined environment) for subodh , but DU could be a preffered i don't remeber if i got rejected from any college i applied to addmision is pretty simple just apply a form offline in room no. 226 , eligiblity - above 70 percentage in 12th , there is not any exam but college decide your addmission based on your previous academic performance , no gd or interview needed...Read More
