What Students Say

Likes

Infrastructure is 10/10 the lavish classrooms are equipped with lan porta and AC.
Academics is the best and faculties are very supportive
Disciplined life is the best that I like about this college

Dislikes

Unnecessary restrictions like not allowed to take pictures of the campus without permission
Mandatory 90% attendance is something that they should improve
Fine is almost on everything without warning like you cannot use mobile phone in class and if caught they'll charge you with a penalty of ₹2000

Course Curriculum Overview

The college provides us a disciplined atmosphere with a 9-5 working condition where we get used to the working hours of the corporate life Evaluation of students on the basis of their performance is also good.

Class Size: 65Course Fees: INR 180300 per year

Internships Opportunities

Internships are also very good with involvement of companies like turing Infosys amazon and Google where students are getting internships at a very good stipend. If you have skills and good communication skills you'll be able to get a good internship from the college. The college also has sessions in which you get insights as to how to get internships and good placement..

Placement Experience

Placements is something that this college is very proud of . Every year students are cracking good packages and also getting internships in companies like Google and Amazon. The highest package so far is 60+ LPA in Google

Fees and Financial Aid

Every year you'll have to pay ?180300 as the academic fee which does not include hostel and college bus fare. If you opt for college bus you'll have to pay an additional amount of ?40000. The complete academic fee is ?721200.

Campus Life

The campus life will be a bit restricted but you'll have fun around your friends if you abide by the rules and regulations. Clubs and extracurricular activities are also good and fests are impeccable. Everything included is 8.5/10

Admission

The main reason to choose this college was that it is very near to my house and the best private college in kanpur. Also it's placement is growing every year with a remarkable highest package of 60+LPA.

Faculty

The faculties are very supportive and always stand for their students. They always give their best to teach us and explain the concepts in a better manner. Exam pattern is also very good it includes assignment class tests and pre university examination

Night Life

If you're a hosteller then it will be a fun to be in the campus at night There are 4 different stalls for coffee and fast food and big playgrounds to play till 9 pm. However there are restrictions on this too as you're not allowed to roam around girls hostel after 7pm

Overall Feedback for College - Admission , Placement , Course , Faculty , Events

Likes

the security is nice at my college like proper cctv and guards , apart from that labs , and my dept is too good. Ac classroom and labs
They have provided average placement like most of companies are mass hiring like tcs and accenture ..and only few companies come to offer big package
Infrastructure is good but there is need of reconstruction at some places the water is ticking in rain season continuously, and curriculum is okay okay not that much relevant to industry , they taught text books rather than the real practical cases

Dislikes

The examination checking - the student who is cr or having any relation with teachers got highest marks without writing the answer properly
The food canteen first of all the canteen is off from the past 1 or 2 year and now it reopen but it sells dirty food , waste foods
The college professor support , they are not that much supportive

Course Curriculum Overview:

coding I am interested in coding that why I offer this course It provide some courses but not all courses are related to real world they have to use practical examples and make students aware of the real industry According to me the time and frequency is okay of exam

What I See at SRM Ghaziabad

Likes

I really appreciated the college clubs and hackathons.
There are variety of events throughout the semester, something to always keep you on your feet.
Some of the faculties are really really experienced and have a unique approach that captures the attention of all the students.

Dislikes

Not many hotspots around campus to hang out after classes.
The infrastructure of the hostel can be improved a lot.
Food in mess is not great, the menu is not very diverse. Everything has aloo.

Placement Experience:

Placements are actually impressive with our college having the highest placement rate among others in the region. We usually achieve ~90% placement. We get opportunities from many large groups, such as Infosys, TCS, JPMC, BNY, Logitech, etc etc The list goes on. The highest package that I saw was of around 1Cr from a company I don't remember their name, but it was based out of SF and was a really great one. Average placement we see is around 12-20LPA packages.

Dislikes

The food may sometimes be not very good.
The campus has less places to spend some free time other than some spots.
Due to small academic hall places may look too crowded.

Placement Experience:

The placements in the college is really one of the the factors convincing everyone to take admission in SRM ,average package from the college is of around 10,00,000 which is really a very good amount in todays stresfull market.

I really like my college . It is very good college around the meerut

Likes

I liked the faculties of my college they are very supportive and helpful towards the students.
I like the curriculum which more learning based then theory
I like the support that is provided by the college towards the placements of the students

Dislikes

I don't like the attendence system of our college it very hectic to students
There is lot of focus on exam in my college which I don't like
Syllabus are not updated in our college we are studying very old things

Course Curriculum Overview:

I opted for this course because I want to be a software engineer. I chose my course because it was well-informed, and my interest was also in this field from the start. The faculty members and platform were also quite good for nurturing personal skills and making one a skilled and disciplined person in life. I wish this course would focus more on practical things rather than being theoretical. Events, fests, and the campus environment are also very good and pleasing to the eye. Connectivity was also easy from all around the world due to its location. Scholarships were also awarded to almost every student.

I failed to score good marks in JEE advanced or else i would've enrolled in some iit. The college does try to match its pace with tier 1 colleges but there's a lot more to be done. The college has direct as well as counselling based admission. Direct admission include a test and interview while counselling is done on the basis of competitive exam score...Read More

The admission test on the campus is based on the basic application of maths physics chemistry as well as aptitude. according to your score, you will be allotted the branch of computer science. admission starts after the first attempt of jee mains. you can apply for college by visiting the campus if you want admission directly or can apply through UPTU counseling. application fees vary from course to course. you can get the reservation benefits from the counseling process, but for direct admission, you can ask for the reservation benefits from the management present on the campus. the admission process is quite easy and fast. you have to be active because the seat gets full within a month or two....Read More
