Course Curriculum Overview
Some of the courses that are provided by the university are up to the industry standards but some of the courses are still according to the old syllabus based. Overall they also give you courses for your co curricular growth.
Internships Opportunities
College provides internships in both new startups and stabilised industries . They also provide NOC for the students who are doing any internship somewhere so that the work load can be lesser. University brings many companies for internships.
Placement Experience
A TPP course is offered by the university for the students who are looking for campus placements . And for those who are looking for higher education University also provides courses for that. I am looking for campus placements after completing my course.
Fees and Financial Aid
Total fees for 1 semester is 106000 and 2500 examination fees i.e. 216000 total yearly fees . We do get scholarship through cucet examination conducted by chandigarh university. Total fees for cource is 864000 that is increasing per year .
Campus Life
My overall experience is good as I made some very good friends and made some connections in the industry. I improved my skills . Regarding clubs , there are clubs you can join and propose your project idea , if selected that idea can be fully funded by the university.
Admission
I choose this college based on its NIRF rankings and the placement stats shown by the university on its webpage. Comparing to other colleges there is better infrastructure that helps in easy location of classes. University conducts its own examination that is cucet through which students can get scholarships.
Faculty
Faculty is supportive until it comes for internal marks and attendance . Some of the courses are up to the industry standards but some are still old fashioned. Examinations are conducted on regular basis in the form of two mid semester exams and one final practical exam and one end semester exams in a semester.
Night Life
Night life is very cheerful around the campus as various students and locals are active during the night . Shops and food stalls are also open for the late night emergencies. The locality is also very safe and friendly for students in the night.
