Remarks

I have most of positive remarks only. I loved college environment, infrastructure. Our college fully surrounded with trees and plants. So we enjoyed that nature. My all faculties are good. Our class rooms, labs, auditorium and toilets are also good. Only think is college bus fee little high

Course Curriculum Overview

Course is nice. But I didn't like my college exam structure. We wrote exam for 100 marks.in that 40 marks for one mark and remaining 60 for 15 marks. There were no 2, 3 and 5 mark questions. So think this method make student are very lazy

Placement Experience

Placement and job opportunities are more in our college. More than 10 company's are coming for on campus and also we went off campus interviews for some other colleges. My colleges infosys only called people for internship. Other company's not get students for internship

College Events

We celebrate events like symposium, college day, sport days and culturals and batch day. In first year we are not enjoyed that much like in our 2nd 3rd and final year becoz first year shyness. Upcoming years we are enjoyed we'll be coz we are also seniors

Fee Structure And Facilities

Compared to other colleges my college fees structure is feasible. I paid for my semester fees 52500 rupees for one years and exam fee rupees 2000 for one semester only. Totally I paid 56500 for one year not more than that

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes, they avail loan and scholarship. I got education loan for my four years full fees amount in canarabank. Basically i am a first graduate in my family but I got scholarship for second graduate only

Campus Life

All labs in our college are very good. Every one have seperated places and devices. Sports and game we have seperated coats for all sports and games. We have indoor games also that game also we have seperated places

Alumni/Alumna

Our college students are create alumni network in Facebook. We all are members in that group. They also update every event in our college. They post all photos and achievements etc in Facebook link and we gmail links also

Admission

Single window process at tamilnadu government engineering counselling. I got seat for B.Tech IT 4 years course finally. I shown that appointment letter in our college and paid my first year semeter fee 52500 rupees. After I got my admission

Faculty

Most our faculty members are very talent and they encourage our students are very well. They supported me and guide me all the time. In our final year project work our guide supported at all time including holidays also

the faculty members are supportive and the mba curriculum helps improve management knowledge communication skills and overall personality development campus life provides good opportunities to interact with classmates and participate in activities.
the college provides a decent learning environment and satisfactory infrastructure the course is useful for professional growth and the placement support helps students prepare for interviews and career opportunities.
more pratical training industry visit and placement opportunities with higher salary packages would improve the experience the teaching methods could include more real world case studies the girls to boys ratio varies by batch.

Placement Experience:

the college provides placement opportunities for mba stidents and placement preparation helps improve communication aptitude and intherviews skills students generally become eligible for campus requirements. the companies visiting number of offers and salary packages may vary each year. my expected annual package is aroung 5 lpa. the average and highest packages and the percentage of students placed depend on the placement records of each batch. more company visit and internship opportunities would improve placements further after completing my mba i plan to start my carrer in a management related role gain industry experience and develop my professional skills for future growth.

the faculty is supportive and knowlwdgeabkle and the mba curriculuim helps develop practical management skills and industry knowledge.
the campus environment is freiendly with good opportunities for social interacting teamwork and extracurricular activities
the college provides placement opportunities with a package of 500000. however infrastructure industry expousre and placement support could be improved

the college needs to improve its infrastructure and provide more modern facilities for student . more practical learning industry visits interships band workshops should be includes in the mba curriculum.

girls to boys ratio is 1:1 is we consider all three branches with some courses with more male while other having for female.more or less the ratio is near 1:1
the most important thing for you is there is close to zero discrimination for you , whether you want to join any club or perform anything you are equivalent to students with others bachelor degree
octagon and library are the two things which are good as library is considered the biggest library among all nit's while octagon having 800 computers for students.NSO ground is also well maintained with the beautiful mig fighter jet to take cool phot

Dislikes

for first years hostel are well maintained if compared with others but don't expect much from hostel atlast this is a government college.in first year 3 to 4 person sharing room are there which was build to carry 2 person.
Quant and entrepreneur thing is not there as you might expect by seeing the nirf 9 ranking but it is not zero .they are growing clubs like profNITT and Sigma are young and they could do better
curfew timing for girls are 9 or 9:30 pm i guess be it any year. for boys ,only freshers have curfew with timing 9:30 pm.other than that any student can't step outside the college after 10 pm without the sign out form.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course as maths is the mother of all science and quite related to other fields so it opens a lot of door for me like mba ,mtech ,phd or any other things. this course is specifically designed for becoming teachers so keep that in mind before taking this course as they are not flexible in changing curriculum or adding something for the sake of students as of now. also you will be having more working days compared to other courses with 80 percent mandatory attendance.after first sem you will get 1 week holiday and after 2nd sem you will get 50.days holiday and after first year you can expect 20 days holiday for winters and 50 days holiday for summers. you will get a lot of time to study for exams. before ct 1 you can expect 2 months and then atleast a month for ct 2 and endsems. cons are that you don't have the right to choose minor or electives like btech students.you have to compulsory study all three science .i.e. maths , physics, chemistry.

The library is really Awesome in every aspect.
The facilities and labs and everything needed for studies is way above the bar. Great university to actually study and research.

Dislikes

No culturals, and if there is some only secular songs
Strict rules (needed, but some are too strict)

Placement Experience:

From the sixth semester the student are eligible for placements and prominent companies such as bicon, lifecell, zoho, Thermofisher, lmt mindtree, jubilant food works, siemens, bioartha and around 2030 offers has been made os of april 2026 for my batch. the percentage of students getting placed is over 95 percent as the rest of the students have opted for higher studies like me. i plan on doing my masters abroad.

They have a lot of celebrations for the student instead of the college days

Things which i like from my college is that it has a big open auditorium in ground which donotes as OAT
We have different kinds kf trees and plants which gives us a freshness vibes
The class rooms are big and we have all new furnished benches and table

Dislikes

Canteen incharge i hate them because they sell the food at high cost
Watchman’s Punctuality i dont like it makes me irritated

They provide more placement opportunities for all the students they include the companies like TCS Accenture company, Sutherland company, Mahindra Tech company and many moree they provide placement for the students who has cleared all their arrears papers

The gender ratio is fairly close to 1:1 and it provides a proper environment for all to collaborate and interact.
Most of the faculty members are reachable.
Students usually get free by 4PM and have the remainder of the day to explore their own things.

Dislikes

More academics oriented - no room for placements on campus as such.
Unable to choose electives - have to do whatever course is available.
Infrastructurally very basic - lacks a lot of facilities.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Has a lot of new age courses like MS Excel, Python and Data Science. It prepares you fairly well for roles like Data Analyst, Financial Modelling, etc. Areas for improvement include optimising the curriculum load as per the students. Two internals (one after a month after sem starts, second a few weeks before the end sem) and the end sem. I feel the end sem is relatively easier due to the preparation we endure for the internals.
