The teaching staff are good ...they provide a good guidance on every matter ...
The infrastructure are good and also have good capus
Placement for MBA is very good ...also for engineering department

Dislikes

Placement for pharmacy is very disappointed
Laboratory facilities are not so good and chemicals are not available at the time of practical
Yearly festival are not so good ...very cheap quality

Course Curriculum Overview

Extra curriculum activities also enhancement of teaching can be a good for attracting student to persuing this course ...also providance of book in library for b.pharmacy are very less...and laboratory conditions enhancement can improve the course quality

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 60000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

For B.pharm the course fee is 60000 at my admission time that is on 2022...but now it is about 80000 per semester for the new students Yearly 120000 Also kaziranga university provides us various scholarships schemes on the basis of academic excellence.. district or state player and other some conditions

Campus Life

Campus is very small...not good infrastructure...not good cafe ...very disappointed in this campus ..the cricket and football ground is not good for playing ...sports activities are very disappointed ..also hostels are not good quality..

Admission

The fee for the Pharmacy course is less than the other colleges in our state and the distance is also so close to our home ..so these can attract me to choose this college also I hear the teaching is good so that's why this is the only reason I choose for the course

Faculty

There is a final examination after the end of semester...but between the semester there is 2 sessional exam and from their they make a average marks according to our exam marks and then they add on this marks to the internal

Night Life

There is not any late night activities..after 9 pm the Students are not allow in campus ...before 9 pm we have to enter in to hostel ...before 7.30pm we have to enter into main hostel gate ....hastag and bhukad is a nice hangout place for students

I chose b pharmacy and this is a professional course. This course deals with medicine. After b pharm course a student become a pharmacist and provide medicine to patients.This course also deals with pharmaceutical formulations.

Placement Experience:

The placements are good with decent packages in well known industries like Cipla, Dabur, Emami, Hetero etc. and if the students don't get the job then also they can studies further like Masters and pharmacy to get higher packages. The students can also get a registration number which can be used to open a pharmacy like retail or wholesale.

Assam University is a good University

Placement Experience:

The placements are okay okay. Not very good companies come to recruit students of final year. Only MBA students get a high package salary in a good company. Other departments don't get these much of placements as compared to MBA.

Eligibility in 6 semester, companies like Sun pharma, Ajanta pharma and many more. 20% of them got placed. I will try to get placement but let see after 3 years maybe i can go for higher studies also.

Life in GIPS

Placement Experience:

In the 8th semister, students will eligible for campus placement. Our college will organize campus placement. Where different companies come and if you pass the interview then you will get the job. Companys like sun pharma, Ajanta pharma will come. And they have different requirements. In starting you will get 2.5 lakhs of the package and other offers are there. In GIPS most of the students get the placement. My plan after b pharm is I will study for M pharm in GIPS.

Admission:

After completing my 12th exam and scoring 90% I applied for this college online, they didn't ask me to write the entrance exam as my final score was above 50% and after few days they called me to submit my documents for further process, so overall it was an easy experience.

Well the placement of our college is said to be nice. If you completel the course without any backlogs then you are thought to be eligible for applying for placement. Most of students get the placement through the college placement cell.
