My college faculty is very nice with everyone.
If any student has any problems our college administration solves as soon as possible.
My college has seperate reading room bigger than library.

My college campus is small compare to others.
My college has only 2 buildings for study.
Just in right of our college there are school of primary students and they make more noise, it's disturbs our studies.

Course Curriculum Overview

My decision for choose to course is, from 10th I love maths & accounting and I decide that when it's time to choose course, so I definitely choose this course and this course has many options for career. My course exam timing is very helpful for below average student, a below average student is just read book 1 day before exam so they write answes from their mind and in this timing these students easily get passing marks.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 10970 per year

Internships Opportunities

Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Google and many top companies is giving internships in our college. They offers online mode, offline mode or hybrid mode in interships as preffered in internships. These companies offers ?6000 stipend in 1.5 months internship.

Placement Experience

If couse is 3 years so student is eligible for placements from 5th semester. If course is 4 years so student is eligible for placements from 7th semseter. The highest package from our college is ?980,000. Average package from our college is ?500,000. My plans after getting degree is pursue govt. exams and got govt. job.

Fees and Financial Aid

My year wise course fees is ?10,970 My batchmates is same as mine if they are from any other category. I don't have detailed fee structure. My college also have additional fees for Exams, every couse has different exam fees.

Campus Life

In my college library thera are more than 5000 books. From my college there are many types of activities offerd like cricket, football, kabbadi, volleyball and many more. There are many socities in my college from diff. types of stiudents like placement cell, enactus group, drama society, western music and many. Our college classroom is average like normal govt. school like classrooms normal blackrboard with ceiling fans.

Admission

My college selection is depend on entrance exam called CUET {Common University Entrance Test}, from this exam and exam marks we get selected in collges in diff. courses then we have option to choose any one college with approved course. I don't get rejected by any other college but 1st time I have got any other college but that college is faculty and area is not good so i click on upgrade then i got admission in this current college.

Faculty

Faculty-to-student ratio is good enough like other colleges. I don't know my college faculties name but our course & other courses faculties are very nice to students. 1 thing is I don't like about faculties is their luch time is very big 1pm - 3pm. In my course there are 7 subjects in 1st semester and all are moderate level.

Night Life

Our college canteen is very big & there are 100+ dishes in menu and beverages. Our college doesn't have any hostel but near colleges PG's are very nice and given at affordale prices. From our colleges there are some places for hangout like clubs, Hauz Khaas Market, Qutub Minar.

Likes

The faculty members are supportive, knowledeable. Teacher explain concepts clearly and encourage student to participate in discussion
I like friendly and comfortable campus environment. student from different background intreact with each other
The college provides a good acedemics foundation and opptunities for overall development. being Part of delhi university also give student exposure to different events

Dislikes

some classroom and campus facilitues need improvement
placement oppotunites can be improved, esecially for student looking for better corporate exposure.
the evening college schedule can something be inconveibient because many acitvity and oppotunities are generally more accessible during regular college hours

I would rate the course curriculum around 4 out of 5. The curriculum is well structured and covers important subject related to commerce, accounting, finance, economics and business. I chose this course because is provides a strong foundationfor higher studies, competetives exam and careers in the cmmerce field

Life at South Campus

Likes

The crowd at venky is great, diverse crowd.
The campus is well maintained and is one of the bests at DU.
Opportunities provided to students are great

Dislikes

The attendance policy is a little strict for 1st and 2nd year

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course provides a comprehensive image of finance and management, though after NEP, the curriculum seems a little irrelevent. The exams are conducted twice in a year, 2 sems per year, they conduct mid sem exams as well.

Likes

College is improving day by day teaching faculty is also helpful it recently got A++ NAAC credition as well
Overall college is good if you have good peer group.
Near to north campus so doesn't really feel much of headache if you want to visit regularly.

Dislikes

Shadara is not a good place to spend your college life.
Evening college crowd has made the reputation of the college bad.
Near by area is not safe for Girls in late hours.

Placement Experience:

6th sem is the first time college placement are proceeded . Companies are not impressive and mostly are entry level jobs such as cold calling and such which they offer. Highest package was 4 lpa and avg was 2.5 only. Around 60 percent students gets placed.

Likes

The online learning platform is easy ans simple to use students can acces lecture and assigments and study materials anytime
Faculty mambers provide clear guidance through online sessions and study materials they are supportive
They procides recording that was very usefull when we will not attend the live class

Dislikes

Since the classes are in online and also there are some techical issues while taking classes that will interupt classes
placement support is limited in online classes so students need to search for internships and job oppertunities on their own
Its deffecult to connect student coordinators while we wnat exam timetable etc they are too slow

I choose BCOM because the want to take ACCA after BCOM it will helps to improve my career and give a better job and also BCOM is the basices of ACCA like law, financial managment, taxation etc .The curriculam provide strong fountation for students who wamts to pursue higher studies such as M.COM , MBA and professuonal couses. BCOM helps to understanding real world bussiness practices , accounting sytem etc . on;ine study material recordimg leture and assigments also make flexible for students to study their own pace. exams are usually conducted semister wise the difficulty level 0of exam are moderate if students were attend the class regulary and prepare well

Likes

Faculties are best. They teaches you and create never ending bond with you.
Infrastructure is good but the area is small , the greenery is amazing and flowers are sooo sweetest.

Dislikes

No hygiene in canteen. Avoid eating from canteen.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is highly relevant notably the focus on real world applications and Advanced Financial reporting. It prepared me well for professional life. Improvement is needed in digital tool exposure.

i dont like any thing in this college

there is a green gaurden in my colleges old campus
we have a big ground in our college which i like i can play football there
they make an football ground in old campus which is good

Dislikes

techers are not good in teacing they just want to let it go the classes
my college was too small and the classes are not properly furnished for my class size
there is no place for sit in the shade or to make our mind diverted or have fun and the canteen is worst of old campus

i am from commerce background i want to do eco honers but in 12th i dont have mathematics so i cant then i decideid for b. com honers but i aloted the b.com program which is my 3rd priority umm i leanrd new things in my ncc and with my friends there are very less college activities to i dont know how to make my college life good and make some experiences they can make us travel with them to the real buiseness or any factory or a relay paper work from any company i want to do a camp in jab which is good for my ncc life but it is during my exams thats why i cant did that camp yet

i liked their faculty member and staff , they are played with students and taught as a friend
i liked canteen service and their foods it is hygienic but canteen infrastructure is not good
i liked their ground its have bollyball court basketball court badminton court and cricket ground also and they provide gym in college

Dislikes

i didn't like their campus because its not too much big
and college provide which lift service is not working properly
their bathroom is not too good and not too much hygienic

i choose bcom hons and all teacher are provide their 100% on their courses but neet to improve in practical exam because some computer not working and teacher teach students in one computer but there is no difficult paper according to time some time it's lengthy.

College Life Through Real Experience

I am in DU but the DU has many colleges under it and my college is one of them. I have applied for other colleges also but we can choose which college we want to go ourself it happens through CUET after that we get our college through our preference list and marks.I also got choosen in BHU and many other ones but choose this to get new experience and wider perspective about things as Delhi is very popular and people want to study here .I didn't get selected to other colleges under DU that was on my preference list was due to the cut off as cutt off for DU north campus university are very high and seats are less also many seats are reserved and there are quotas also.The cut off for South Campus are in between 650-550 that's how i get my college.The the admission occurs in rounds you can upgrade if you are not satisfied with your college but at one point you cannot upgrade as per your marks that is the suitable colkege you can get.CUET is the most preffered exam and to get into big government universities you have to give this .There are also universities that give admissions without CUET many private universities come under this category....Read More

Okay, so this is a very interesting story at my time. There was an introduction of an entrance exam called CUET, where I appeared for written and I scored basic 690÷8000 we were told to make a reference list, according to this marks, we have obtained Obviously I wouldn't have chosen this college because it is a part of South campus. I have preferred all the north campus colleges over the South campus colleges, but having hard luck, I got this one. I was not happy to come here because I basically not belong to this place but When I have made friends over here, I have introduced to the teachers and introduced to the college environment now I feel good. Even I thought about the migration process but again and luckily it didn't happen. Yes, now I have money left. Applied and admitted to desh andhu college. But selected Sri Aurobindo college due to favorable course available in this college. No, I have not been rejected from any other college.
