- Remedial classes if you score less than 40%
- If you have political connections you can do anything but if you family background is not that good keep a checkmon your actions
- Students get very less number of holidays
Course Curriculum Overview
The course aspects are not good ...teachers dont know the technology and they are not supportive too. College should focus on teaching new relevant technology. The number of exams should be reduced . And college should also focus on government jobs also as they want all the students to get placed in corporate
Internships Opportunities
the college allows students to get internship in only 6 7th and 8th semester before that students are not allowed to do internships Students gets internships on their own . The college only looks for average placements
Placement Experience
The placements at college is average around 5 lakh . The college doesn't allow internship in 2nd and 3rd year . Only mass recruiter comes to the college like tcs wipro Infosys etc. Highest package was 48lpa .and average was 5 lpa
Fees and Financial Aid
I am currently pursuing a B.Tech in Computer Science from KIET Group of Institutions. The annual college fee is ?1,36,999. The college fees is not increasing ,it is constant . Tution fees:112099 Registration fees:3000 Alumni fees:1200 Book bank:5000 Medical and accidental insurance:700 Carrer planning and Student development:15000 Exam fees not included in fees paid separately around 7500 per year as per aktu .It may vary . Fees for btech is same for all branches . Although the college does not offer scholarships directly, students can apply for the Uttar Pradesh Government Scholarship, which provides financial assistance of approximately ?56,000. This significantly reduces the financial burden on students and makes education more affordable.
Campus Life
the college life is not good and the number of clubs in the college are very less and they are not up to the level, the college does not support to any club .the situation of sports club is very poor no financial aid from college
Hostel Facilities
the college provides the hostel facility the hostel are pretty good and the best food is also good but the warm water is provided only in specific cars and you have to be early if you want to avail the warm water facility
Admission
I took this collage as it was close to my hometown. I got direct admission. I got VIT but it was too far from my home. I did not got good jee score thus got admission into this college The eligibility exam for the college is jee msins and 12th pcm msrks
Faculty
Faculty to student ratio is ok around 20:1 Faculty that i liked are kuldeep sir for engineering mathematics and kuldeep sir for dstl because they are very hardworking and put lot of efforts I did not like kapil sir of electrical engineering as he was too rude In first year their are 5 exams per sem and difficulty is from easy to moderate from 2nd year 4 exams arevthere and difficulty remains same
Interview Experience
no I did not face any interview and I got direct admission based on my 12 percentage of PCM and the college somewhat take donation if your percentage is not good if you want a desired branch of your choice such that upper branches like computer science and all. You can get admission on your jee score from aktu counselling too
Night Life
the nightlife in the college is very poor the boys are allowed to roam in the college whole night but they have to enter the college gate before 9:00 p.m. and for the girls ,the girls has to enter the girls hostel by 8:00 p.m. they are not allowed to roam in campus.cafeteria areopen upto 12.30 am There is not any hangout place
