Campus, management, multiple options for exam centre and many things which I like about MU.

Dislikes

Late result display, no placement facilities for distance education students,no career guidance.

Course Curriculum Overview

I've selected Mcom in business management bcoz management is the topic which I like and want to build my career in operations or management field. Exams are conducted after every 5 months. Teaching staff is also very supportive and experienced who shares their experience for our guidance.

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 4500 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

I've paid 4500 yearly for two years ,books and exam fees were included in it. As this was a distance learning course, I'm not aware of batchmates categories and their fees. No scholarship was offered but campus and other facilities were nice

Campus Life

MU contains very renowned sports academy it contains a cricket which was very beneficial for me as I was able to represent many famous cricket tournaments. They also have their own small cricket ground where we can practice for a long time. They also have a separate building for sports and sports related activities.

Admission

I've applied for admission through online website and opted only this university because MU has highest weightage during placement amongst others and comparatively fees was also less which helped me to study without any financial pressure

Faculty

I like all the faculties,they guide each and every student during result time. There were total 4 exams in two years which means two semesters per year. MU provides us books and multiple exam centre options,they also provide us online service facilities which is helpful during exam time. During covid they managed all the online exams very well.

Night Life

Campus is too big where students can stay in a hostel and can explore through cycle eat in a canteen and can enter various different departments can play indoor games like caroom,chess etc for refreshing mind.

Placement Experience:

The placement are avarage to good We received internship message and opportunity in our whatsapp group regularly I past we have received internship and placement from hsbc bank, morgan Stanley, etc and job opportunity from kalki fashion, good grains, hdfc life insurance etc After completing graduation college continuesly send message in the past group for job opportunity Regular workshop carrer guidance seccesions and seminars are conducted for the students

Course Curriculum Overview:

M.com is a diverse course you can do many things after completing your post graduation in M.com. M.com is the course which gives you real time knowledge and can be applied practically. Teaching methids of teachers are quite good but sometimes they do not focus on the topic they should. Two exams are held every semester and for each paper you are given 3 hours to solve and the difficulty level is moderate.

Remarks:

Frankly speaking it is clear from my about comments its clear that i am not happy with overall experience with college but the great thing is i met with many teachers who where highly concerned with my marks even though i was irregular student best thing is college aprecites every sportsman irrespective of the result even i was rewarded as a good captain even though we lost the match.

My college means shahu college is very good for those students those students who can prepare SET NET exam. Because syllabus is base on set net exam. But few teacher can't help for other activities.

Remarks:

I recommend this college for every ambitious student who wants to perceive higher education in the field of commerce. Crowd is also very cheerful and good at this college. It's centrally located in the heart of Pune. Facilities and overall management make it one of the best college.

Nice Learning Journey at GVAIET

l applied to other colleges like VJTI and Sardar Patel but got admission only at GVAIET. I chose GVAIET because of good faculty, updated syllabus, and better placements. I missed other colleges due to lower entrance ranks. Admission here is through CAP counselling based on MHT-CET. Eligibility is HSC and Diploma.
