JKCET, i chose do to engineering because it has got good prospect in getting job immediately after completing the course.

Course Curriculum Overview

College curriculum is based upon Curriculum provided by jammu university. It's an old curriculum and not at all competitive to the current curroculum of BE/B.TECH being taught at other colleges.

Internships Opportunities

There was no stipend offered no companies come in campus to give internship. We got training internally from college. An external vendor was called to give training at college. The training was just a formality. We actually disn't learn anything good. It was just a way of making more money by college authorities. They just conduct internship as a formality since it is in curriculum.

Placement Experience

There are no placements provided by college. We had get other means in place to get our placementa done. We got placements only off campus means like E-litmus and Amcat. Both these exams are very helpful in getting placement done.

No scholarship and loan facility provided.

Placement Experience:

In 7th semester student become eligible for placement. The companies visited are L &T for civil which is big company and select many students, jsw for mechanical and increff , paypal , microsoft, visa ,make my trip for IT and CSE

My best college

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements in 8th semester. Companies like L&T construction, Ambuja cement, tata , wipro, jio , Berger, infosys, IBM and many more visit the college. Highest package is around 17 LPA and average package is around 5 LPA . Almost 30 percent students get placement. My plan is to get off campus placement.

The placement of our college is Average and the students are eligible in 7 semester for placement. If the student has any backlog in any of the semester they can't sit in the college placement and also it has minimum criteria of 6.5 cgpa. The percentage of students getting placement is very low sadly

The placement at my college are fairly strong, with a focus on proving opportunities for student in both technical field and non-technical fields. various reputed companies visit our campus for placement like TCS, infosys, and many more.The highest package aroun INR 40 LPA. the majority of the offers are for cybersecurity. My plan is for business after the degree.

Amazing college

Remarks:

The positive of this college is that the environment is academic friendly and there is a level of strictness maintained by the college authorities. Lack of modern infrastructure and absence of various general and academic facilities hampers the ideal college life of balancing the knowledge and enjoying the college time.

Review about Shri mata vaishni devi university

Remarks:

The university is situated in the Trikuta foothills and is 80 km away from the main Jammu city so one has to bear that because everything is not available sometimes. Electricity is 24×7 and the weather is awesome.

My college, the education mine

Remarks:

Little partiality with some students and once teachers find u little mis behaving, They start hating u And give u good marks, Not a good infrastructure and not a good campus view. Very much constrution needed. And very less courses Offered.

The course which I applied for in this college was b.e in mechanical and I got the admission through the entrance test and the eligibility of the course was quite good.
