Course Curriculum Overview

5

Course curriculum is very good for every branches.I chose computer science because it is what I'm more interested in.The 2024 scheme is completely different from the older schemes with new topics and internsips.

Internships Opportunities

4

Companies like INFOSYS,TCS provide placement offers in our college. For the students of 2019 scheme, they were told to complete projects and task for placement options.2024 scheme has different internship programs.

Placement Experience

4

Because of the new scheme there are some changes for that,And we are the first batch of this new scheme and we are currently in 2nd sem.So I don't know about the new changes in placement opportunities. But looking at the history of college,we can see placement offer with an average annual income of 5LPA.If a student didn't get a placement,Students can go for Post graduation. And there many entrepreneurship skills provided by the College for students who want to pursue career after btech.

Campus Life

5

The campus provides sports, club activities.Sports has a huge role in our college because our college provides the best training for students. The clubs provided by our college are NSS,NCC.Techfest and arts fest are conducted by our college.

Admission

I did ppt for the govt Colleges in Kerala for the same course but my engineering rank was low,it should be around 5k minimum to get into a govt College.Thats why I got into this college it's a govt aided college.Nowadays its only Keam exam for admission into engineering and cutoff for our college was 10k rank onwards.

Faculty

5

As I said, the faculty are well educated and experienced thus providing the best education. The student-Teacher relationship is very good, you can ask them anything related to academics or anything. They are very supportive in our academic and they give the best advices for us about how we can be expert in our course and all.In one semester, there will be 2 series exams..Total marks of 40.The questions are prepared by the faculty. They are easy or moderate level which is required for the students before they attend the final sem exam.

Night Life

5

The college is located at a hill area,so the view is beautiful during morning. When it comes to night life, the hostelers say that it's a very peaceful area, safe to roam at night. There are many food spots in the main town area, there is also a gym in the area with very good equipments and all.We have a college library too.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is the worst. Teachers rush through the portions so that they can finish at the earliest. It may be because the university has a unjustifiable timetable. There is very little practicals given. The ones that are given are just for namesake.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is under KTU syllubus do it's fine. There is a change in curriculum coming 2024 which i assume would make a lot of good changes. The curriculum gives you a head start For most of your work, you need to on your own but the faculty is there to help. The frequency of exams is weekly tests + monthly exams. Its not too difficult of an exam.

Placement Experience:

The students usually start appearing for campus placements in their 6th semester. The training for the campus placements is started for all the students from the 4th semester. Many companies visited for campus placements. But one main problem is that most of them were low packages. Around 4LPA. Some were between 4-6 and a very few between 6-10. Most of them got placed in our batch in some company.
