- The overall infrastructure of the college is very well.
- The support staff of the college is also good and the hygiene level is almost good too
- The teachers are highly professional in the college,apart from some teachers who might bahave rude but it depends on situations
Dislikes
- Some teachers doesn't take class without informing the students early so it was a mess kind of situation
- Over-all the hygiene level is good inside the campus but there are few things which needs to the address like water problem during Summer or sometimes cleanliness in bathrooms
- The it department of college is little slow in their work and sometimes behaves unprofessional
Course Curriculum Overview
The practical methods of solving problems by the professor are very well.the curriculum gives the good ideas about the real world problems but it's upto the students to take it into the real problem solving abilities.there are few teachers who's method isn't very practical which can be course corrected. Every month the class test happens in the class by respective class teachers and a mst happens every sem and then the final end sems.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee for the first yr was around 18500 but it was increased by almost 700 in both the years and yes there were several need based scholarship were in the college but I didn't get because i didn't opted for it.
Campus Life
There are lots of different events keeps happening in college where students can participate in it.the major fest of the college is its annual festival karvaan.there are a huge library in the college where the variety of books and research novels varieties are also great.the facilities in classroom are also good there are smart classrooms as well in the college.the sport academy is also there in the college where students can participate and has a very big ground.there are lots of club like economics society and others also there in the college
Admission
I didn't applied for the lot of college because i wanted to get admitted in dav college itself due to its location and great alumini network and also it's very good course curriculum.the admission process for my course was on marks basis scored in boards examination and the cutoff for most of the courses are very high in the college and there isn't any other examination in the college for admission
Faculty
There are the ratio of 60 students per class in the college.the economics and social science and also the bca faculties of the college are very good. There are few teachers who aren't supportive as they should be.there are a mst which happens in mid of every semester which is of 30 marks on college level and there is a semester exam of 90 marks on the university level.there are around 10-12 percent students who gets backlogs in their papers during University exams.
Night Life
There are lots of great cafeteria is present inside 500meters of campus as the campus in present at the heart of the city in sector 10.the hostel timings for students is 10pm.the sector 10market is great hangout places for the everyone.
