Course Curriculum Overview
the course curriculum in term of relevance was upto mark. As my major was in marketing. I got to know lot of courses relted to marketing which are needed in current business operation of any company. for the students who wanted to do bbm majoring in marketing , it is highly recommendable.
Placement Experience
I would rate the placement as 8/10. for my major, the placement start from 5th semester. lot of big companies visited for the placements like Deloitte, HDFC Bank, ICICI bank,PWc, Zivame and so on. some of the start up company also visited the company under which they will be offering a high position in the management team. My plans after my degree is first i'll go for jobs . i 'll work in the corporated for 3-4 years and then i'll be giving GMat for studing MBA in abroad
Fees and Financial Aid
The year - wise fees that I paid was 1,80,000 . the tution fee was 70000 and the caution fee was 10000 . admission fee was 25000 development fees was 2000 and the other compulsory charges during the course was around 5000
Campus Life
my overall experience was pretty good. i had lot of opportunites in my college which help to enhance my skills and abilites. lots of seminars were conducted where where industry best panel were present to mentor you.
Hostel Facilities
every room has 2 bed and 1 person washroom. with fully furnished wardrobe. Meal quality is good but generally they provide breakfast and dinner . you have to pay more if you want opt for lunch. i guess pg are far from college so its best to live with college premises
Admission
At first , I applied to christ university which is in Bengaluru. i gave the interview after that i was rejected from the college. then i applied to Xavier Institute of Management which is in Bhubhneswar. this college is one of the best college for students whose field is commerce. and specially for the students who want to pursue MBA in future.
Faculty
The faculty member are very suppotive towards students. they are well educated and most of them have phd degree from well renowned college. Basically faculty -to -student was 50-50. Some the faculties were little rude towards the students . but most of them are very helpful .
Interview Experience
the topics of GD was womens safety in Delhi. my interview question was a hypothetical situation where i hwas 2 diifrent situation. i didnt prepare anything.it was totally spot on. you have to be very confident for the interview
Night Life
gyms facilities was provided for the all the students. you don,t have to pay extra for any miscellanous acitivites. every hostel has biometric scan. under which you have to scan everyday before leaving college and then you have to again scan after you enter the hostel premises.
