My life at college

The course curriculum played a minimal role in my decision to choose this course,as my primary motivation was my personal interest in computer science , however I quickly realised that the curriculum was outdated, as I result I rely heavily on online resources like youtube. In term of real world application the curriculum fell short in preparing student for industrial demand . The theoretical focus lacked practice exposure. To improve the course the institute should consider updating test book to reflect current market Trend and technology advancement. Regarding assessment the university follow as a structural examination pattern with two min test called ST , a pre university exam and a final university exam

Our college has good placement drive . After 6 semester a student is eligible for campus placement with only condition is that the students should not have any live back Some of the company that visited were Amazon , TCS ,cardekho , newgen , byjus . The max offer was from Amazon with 30 lakhs and the average offer of the college is 3.5 lakhs Around 80% student in my branch computer science was placed. My plan after getting degree is for higher studies

In my college there were no fest because of our college strict rule( ????). That was my biggest disappointed but you can visit another college fest. There were only mini events which was allowed to happen till 10 pm which only occurs once only one semester. We have one of the best library in Gaziabad so we have good quantity and quality of books and also new magzine and new paper were available there. In every classroom we have smart class with project and stylish. There were many sports plaed in our college like badminton, football , cricket etc and music , drama and dance society were also there . We have a lot of students run social group like for drama for anti ragging, a group specially for college portal where attendance and marks are shown which was managed by students.

In the room we have fan ,bed ,table, dustbin and Almera for each students. The meal quality at the starting of semester was good but as the time went by the quality decrease. On Saturday and Sunday we get special food like paneer , chowmin, naan dosa but regularly we get mediocre food like daal rice sabji etc but the breakfast was top notch every morning. The registration process is simple in our college ie first come first serve. The fees for double share room is 110000 and for triple share room is 100000 If u want to rent pg you can get single room with 6 per month And double share room with 3 k The location for pg around our college is about 500 meters in front of our college ie across highway.

I chose this college because it has best exposure for computer science coz of Big Data and software incubator society in the college which has competed with iit bombay students and won. Other colleges that I had applied to were nits and iiit and galgotia and jss etc, I choose this college because my it was close to my home town. Well I got rejected for IIIt's and NIT's because of my low marks. To get addmission in my college there are 3 ways - aktu rank - jee mains ranks - through donation

The number of old age faculty are more the one and they only cares about notes , assignment and projects files . I remember I liked Mr Jay Kant sir and Mrs lipika man because of there deep knowledge about maths and DSA I didn't not like himashu sir and S l kapoor sir coz they only paste from there notes to board .

Our college is situated in front of highway (NH24) so there was not nightlife around but inside hostel we have cafeteria which use to open till 12 pm and our favourite hanging spot was the ground in front of our hostel at night we usually play pubj or mini maltia but one night before exam we use to study around 4 in the morning. After the class end at 4 pm we generally go to our message which serve nasta from 5 pm to 6 then we take nap and wake around 8 to do dinner then our nightlife stars after dinner. The timeing for gym was 5 am t0 7 am in the morning and 5 to 6 in evening. Library use to close at 12 pm at night but when exam is gooing on it use to open till 4 am The entry time to get inside hostel was 10 pm with exception for those who have taken writen permission from warden for boys and for girls the entry was 8 pm.
