Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum covers core CSE subjects like Data Structures, Algorithms, Operating Systems, DBMS, and Networking, ensuring a strong foundation. latect technologies such as AI/ML, Blockchain, IoT, and Cloud Computing are integrated.

Placement Experience

Students become eligible for campus placements starting from the 7th semester (4th year) of their B.Tech program. In the 2023-2024 placement session, over 904 companies visited CU, including top-tier firms like Microsoft, Amazon, IBM, Hewlett Packard, SAP Labs, Samsung, L&T, Arcesium, Wipro, and Flipkart.

Fees and Financial Aid

Here they provide the scholar ship that is based on the cucet exam or any board exam percentage but it is for just in 1 year if we want to continue the scholar then we have to maintain the 7.5 cgpa then the scholarship is forwarded to the next semester

Here the examination system is very good mid term exams are two that are called mst1 and mst2 and the pratical exams also which I'd very good at lastly their is marking scheme for subjects based on the subject mode

An honest look at campus

Placement Experience:

Students generally become eligible for placement from 7th semester, with numerous major companies like wipro,cognizant and various tech startups visit the campus with various offers. The university sees a high percentage of students getting placed.The package are widely depending on various skill and codes. Furthermore while the highest package looks impressive on paper, the avg package remains modest for the majority of the batch. My personal plans after getting the degree focus on exploring independent entrepreneurial ventures rather than tradition corporate placement.

Course Curriculum Overview:

SLIET longowal has well structured curriculum as per new education policy with well structured labs. to prepare for real world, college provide funds for startup and also motivate students to gain industry exposure. Many improvements can be done in curriculum like integration of cutting edge technologies, smart board, digital labs. There are three exams per semester two minors which take place in month of august and september and major or end sem exam in month of october, the timing of exam was from 1 pm to 4 pm. the difficulty level of exam is moderate

Placements in lovely professional university is decent and dont know much about it as i am in 1st year only but there were mandatory Placement classes for all which you need to select in 1st year only for which you need to pay extra 20k for the classes.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The interest in coding influenced me to choose this subject and course. The curriculum gets me ready for a 9-5 job which kind of gets hectic. The teachers could maybe schedule classes to give the students time to study what they want to and if they wish to do a course outside the university they have the time to do so rather than just going by the university curriculum

I applied to multiple colleges like SRM Chennai, VIT vellore, and Lovely Professional University(LPU). I got confirmed admisison from all of them. I choose this university cause of the low fees and it is near to the place where I live. I appeared for the JEE exams, and due to my low score was not able to make it through in any of the Tier-1 colleges, The admission process is really easy, Appear for the CUCET examination and you get scholarship based on your score, qualifying criteria is 60% in boards examination. Chandigarh University - My experience from fees to social life

I gave cucet but can't find the college that have cse in their colleges. That time my father was recently posted in chandigarh as chandigarh university was very close to me and the transport is also easy and I don't have to pay the hostel fees and I can be a day scholar also so I choosed this college as it provide a good network of peoples. The admission process was to simple ,I just applied for their entrance online exam cucet and booked a slot gave online test of 100 mcq from the selected domain and after that I got scholarship and to confirm my seat I have to pay 10000 part of my semester fees (that 10000 was from my semester fees) and after doing online formalities and upload document. I got a call that you can come to university and attend classes. The admission process of too simple so I never taught of choosing other college at that time....Read More

An honest and brutal review for paramedical College
