Course Curriculum Overview

3

The teaching method is a classic white board method with projectors in each class and they are used to teach aswell. Early semester the courses can feel a little outdated or elementary but they are essential and serve as building blocks for later more advanced courses. There are courses throughout the semester that are focused on your communication and personality building which are also helpful. The exam difficulty level is not much i would say, whatever is taught comes in exam nothing extra. Teaching methodology could be a little more interactive and research in the college should be encouraged more.

Fees and Financial Aid

I'm paying 97k tution fee + 1k club fee every semester. Caution fee submitted is 10k at the start of 1st sem only. I'm a day scholar so I'm not paying the hostel fee which is 80k per sem for double sharing room My batchmate is paying tution fee minus 40k since there is a scholarship if your dad or mom are in army. There are varioud state scholarship and if you can clear there is Cummins scholarship aswell

Campus Life

5

Each year, there are 2 fests conducted. A cultural fest which last 3 days and is held around feb to matxh (D'equinox) and technical fest which also last same number of days, which is held around September(Tachyon). The library is large and provides book for competitive exams, novels, magazines, course books etc. The is a football field, handball field, 2 basketball courts,2 badmash courts,2 table tennis tables along with basic gym in every hostel. There are several technical and cultural clubs aswell

Admission

I was very confused at the time and so i initially applied to this college and got an admission letter. Then i consulted the seniors via linkedin at the time and received some balanced and overall positive reviews

Faculty

4

There are three tests T1, T2 and T3 in one sem and they are of 15,25 and 35 marks respectively. Remaining 30 marks are of internals which include attendance, discipline etc. Most of the teachers are approachable specially teachers like Nilesh Patel sir and Amit Srivatstava sir.

Night Life

4

The outing time for hostellers in 4 to 7 pm. There are local stalls for vegetarian and non vegetarians. Tuck shops, club rooms and cafeteria within the campus are popular hangout spots for students. The seating area and library is vast with digital and hard copies available for reading material.

Course Curriculum Overview:

i would rate the curriculum around 5 or 6 out of 10. i chose this course mainly because of the computer and coding subjects. the syllabus is mostly theory based and many topics are not very useful for current industry needs. practical classes and real projects are also limited. more coding, projects and updated technologies should be added. exams are frequent during the semester and the difficulty is mostly average but sometimes checking feels strict.
