- I like the college campus , course variety and exposure that the college provides
- It has different clubs , for the overall development of students
- College provides all the needed facilities, hostel safety is also commendable for girls specially.
Dislikes
- Management is quite depressing sometimes, lots of drama .
- Working hours of college is also tiring, it's like 9 to 5 job, self study time is adjusted
- Gender inequality, hostel entry timing for girls is 8 pm while for boys there is no such timing, they can roam around campus late at night
Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum is quite relevant and makes us ready for our respective field. Jobs , placements. There is one subject for professional studies which I really like , it's basically for personality development and makes us ready for real world.
Internships Opportunities
Various companies like Deloitte, Amazon provide internships to deserving students. Students can also apply for internship in other colleges like IIT 's . Investing time in various projects helps gaining better internship offer.
Placement Experience
College provides campus placement, many companies come in our college to provide us good offers , but ultimately it depends on student whether they are able to do it , pass the tests, or are capable to do the required work, has skills or not.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fee structure for Bachelors in computer science engineering is 120000 per semester so it is 240000 per year . But there is scholarship available for every student it is based on entrance test which is conducted online, I have 40% scholarship so I have to pay 72000 per sem , but maintaining scholarship is bit of a task some time but you can manage it with 7.5 sgpa and 75% Attendence per sem.
Campus Life
College infrastructure is very well maintained. Our campus is really very pretty, it has beautiful greenery and the infrastructure is also very modern and beautiful.There are various clubs for the overall development of a student.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facilities are good , I got room in 4 sharing, most of the rooms here are in 4 sharing only, there is cooler for summer and geyser for winters. Hostel's cleanliness is quite commendable, it is provided 24×7 cleaning facility. Food is also great , there is variety of foods every day, south indian students get different menu.
Admission
I choose this college because it was on my selected college list which I made in order to decide, yes I tried for other colleges as well but couldn't get any good government college and it was the best option for me . This college offers all the different aspects which a student need.
Faculty
Faculty members are quite good , helpful towards student and well knowledgeable. Marking scheme depends internal and external marks , it varies depending on course, maintaining 7.5 sgpa per sem is commendable.
Night Life
As girls we don't have any night life allowed in college campus , as the hostel gate closes at 8pm only , for boys yes it's fun to roam around campus. But on specific days like DJ nights we are allowed to enjoy in campus late at night.
