Review from a perspective of a 1st year student it self.

Cource is good but some topics are irrelevant and could have been replaced with some other interesting tech related stuff otherwise it's detailed and teachers and teaches them nicely. If someone pays attention to it then the knowledge is very practical and one can apply it in his relationship life innovations. Sessional and Put exams occur every like 1 month which is quite hectic as a student you hardly get any time off from your exams...

As much as I have seen, and asked from seniors there are quite a lot of companies offering to students and package varied from 3lpa to as max as 96 lpa but as internships it's around 20k to 25k a month which is quite good for a new intern.. As about roles it is generally some basic roles or roles with your expertise oriented.

So for Btech any branch it is about same and around 150000 per year just for the course and then there will be an amount of 7500 (per semester) which you will be paying to AKTU directly as exam fees For the first year you will be paying 10k extra to course fee as Book and library. There arey some scholarship available but from government's side which will be given based on the total family income.

There are many events organised which includes many big celebs like 20th college anniversary or college fest etc.. There are a good sports opportunity too but it's quite less for those in 1st year otherwise is quite good for cricket, football, basketball etc sports. There any my extra curricular clubs which includes camera club, singing, dancing, some social work related clubs and etc..

I got in through councilling process where I was getting many seats in galgotias, iimt, niet etc but I choose this one because of its better academics and placements records from past few years and it is quite true even when I gave joined.. No I didn't got rejected from another college. I got in through councilling process for which I got selected by my JEE mains score and cutoff for general for Btech CSE in GL Bajaj is like 90 to 91 percentile so it's quite convenient and easy process of admission.

We have approx 62 to 70 students in every section but in total everyone is divided into groups of 25 to 30 where there are 30 students under 1 mentor teacher who looks after every small thing about that student. Faculty is all over good in teaching, some are a bit lazy or can say only teaches if someone asks and not by themselves, otherwise faculty student relationship is also very cozy and calm always. Faculty is all time available whenever student have any doubt or any thing and will reply in no time even online.. We give 3 exams before the final semester exams 1) Sessional test 1 2) Sessional test 2 3) Pre University test And if someone fails in any of there they will be assigned with extra classes and also will be forced to give makeup tests because scores in there exams affects your score in internal subject score.. Internal exams a bit more harder to that of University semester exams but that works in favour when it comes to improving your score for the final exam..

There is quite a good environment as a student nearby because of abundance of hostels, hanging out parks, movie theatres, clubs and small shops and cafes around some places.. Timing for hostel student is around last till 9 pm but for day scholars the end timing is 6 pm but one cansit in library for extra hours if wanted and there are very good options of books and study materials in library available.
