Likes

The infrastructure of the college is pretty good and their campus interview is appreciable.
We had a very good interactions in our campus. Many social programs were conducted to encourage the students
Most of the students were placed in a reputed firms.

Dislikes

Strict rules sometimes annoys the students
The timings and working during weekends may make us overloaded at times

Course Curriculum Overview

This curriculum improved my confidence and helped me to communicate well. It embedded the curiosity to explore many ideas from the upcoming technology. I had no issues with the exams because everything was well planned and practiced.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 200000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The year-wise fees are around 1,00000, and the tuition fees is 25,000 and the charges vary with different semesters. There is no specific scholarship instead we can avail for the government related concessions in our fee structure.

Campus Life

It was fantastic we had a slogan like work when it's time and have fun to relax. The campus helps us to feel good, and the social interactions help us to explore many things beyond boundaries. The libraries were stunning and it helped us to spot the books in a few minutes.

Admission

The ambience of the college is fine, and the way the curriculum was carried out seems to be mind-blowing. I got admitted to this college via government mode, and I had no rejections from other colleges.

Faculty

The faculty is friendly and they connect with every student like a mentor, driving us to find the right success path. The institution prepares the students to face the exam positively so that everone clear it without any issues.

Night Life

We had no nightlife. It is a strict campus and we are not allowed to hang out without any reason. There is a time scheduled to visit every place on the campus. We must obey those timings. These rules helps the students to be focussed in their tasks.

Placement Experience:

An average of more than 90% of rhe students were placed during my term. Companies like amazon, juspay, adobe, hcl, cts, tcs, adp etc came and there are 500 companies that visisted our campus during my batch

Sathyabama is value for money

Likes

the classrooms in specialization are air conditioned
faculty is supportive for academic growth

Dislikes

the attendance is strict at 75% and subject attendances upto 80%
you cannot exit campus before 3.15 pm under any circumstances

Placement Experience:

The placements are very decent and they provide internships as early career opportunities as well in 3rd year of studies and the college possess high conversion rates through these internships which support the resume with actual corporate exposure

This is the best college overall

Likes

The curriculum provided is really nice and understandable.
It is relevant and is effective as well.
The boy girl ratio is on the other hand a little less as in 45:15.

Dislikes

The way some facilities behave with students is really bad especially in our branch.
Some facilities are too rude and they often don’t want to listen to students point of view

Placement Experience:

Students are open to campus placements from 2nd year onwards. There are many companies who visit such as Delloite, Accenture, Cognizant, TCS, Amazon, NatWest, Nokia, etc. Highest package offered is 42 lpa and lowest is maybe 2-4lpa. Around 90% of students get placed here. My plans is to get a job through campus recruitment. Currently I got an internship through campus recruitment in Cognizant so the recruitment is quite nice here.

The network connectivity in girls hostel is poor
The food at mess is average sometimes it is not taste
The practical labs are help at distance.

Placement Experience:

At 8th semester the students can become eligible for campus placement and the companies visited more oftens are win etc the highest packages about 25 LP and average packers about 2.5 lpa percentage of students getting placement is above 80 percentage.

Dislikes

High fees the government college but charging high fees making it difficult for students from lower income background to access quality education
often have limited seats dealing to intense competition and disappointment for some students
College provide only theoretical knowledge students for practical skills

Likes

The thing I most liked is the campus the infrastructue
There are a many clubs so it's exciting for people who like other things then studies
The opportunities as well the alumini network

Dislikes

The campus is very crowded there are many people compared to other colleges
The category wise fee structure and the increasing fees
Charges for hostel are little more then others

Placement Experience:

As of my information the placements are pretty decent..first the placements used to take place in Vellore campus but I guess jow they have started here as well ..as of my opinion the placement stars from the 7th semester

From 5 th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placements. Lots of companies. The highest package is 26 lakhs and the average package is 1.5 lakhs. 98% of students get placed. Doing my best in a career as an entrepreneur.

I choosed this rmk college of engineering and technology which is located in tiruvallur district, because of their quality education and thier perfect system. I am not degrading other colleges but as of i know my college is little more strict and friendly than some other colleges. And i didn't make any options for colleges, from starting i preferred only this college only. Here admission process is first u should come with 12th or diploma marksheet and they will vertify with the what percentage you got and they will allot the seat. I applied for TNEA councelling and I got this seat through TNEA counselling I had around 40 colleges in my list and I got confirmed seat allotment in this college which I preferred as my second option and it is my interest to join in this college. actually i was by fate, in TNEA councelling this college was 15 choice and its mere luck, i wished to opt for sairam, st joseph, sairam tech, st joseph tech, i couldn't get a seat in those college as my cut off was lagging and due to heavy competion i couldn't make it admission was seamless i opted gov tentative seat allotment and the cut off was 171 approx for CSE the board exams of state board, cbse, icse marks where accepted for management seat 12 pass with 60 to 70%...Read More
