Course Curriculum Overview

The relevance for this couse and syllbus will be 90% there will be some topics will be off from the couse but useful in real world applications. Most staffs use AV smart class for teaching and some staff will bring real world things from labs to teach. Mostly the exams will be easy but sometime the first internal will be moderately tough.

Placement Experience

The placement in panimalar college is excellent. They provide a placement training program feom qspider from karnataka which will be very useful during the placement. There are serveral companies that came to our college the average package will be 4.5 LPA and maximum package is 9 LPA. 70% of the student are placed in the ending of 7th sem and 80% is placed during the 8th sem.

Fees and Financial Aid

The yearly fees is 160000, the book fees will be paid in the first year itself and no book fees after that then exam paper fees which will be 2500 for 6 subjects and 3200 for 8 subjects and will increase for arrears which will be plus 500 for each paper.

Campus Life

There is only few farewells but there will be more workshops, expos and conference. Ther will be only one sports day in four years but you win in some sports like basket ball you will be selected for sports and we will be participate in tornaments with other colleges. There are clubs which students can join for special advantages like workshops which will be held for certain clubs.

Hostel Facilities

The first hostel has 90 rooms where 4 person for each rooms and has attached bathrooms with sink and mirror.the same will be for 2nd & 3rd year hostel and it has 345 rooms. The food menu is good and you can choose between veg and non-veg the non-veg will be available for 6 days per week not in saturday. The bothe hostels have wifi and allow laptops and not phones.

Admission

I have applied for three colleges one amirtha, ssn and panimalar. Both in amirtha and ssn i have written the entrance exam the scores i scored was enough to join the college with my choice of department. The cutoff need for panimalar is above 160.

Faculty

The staffs are friendly. They will cover all the topics and sometimes take seminars. There will be two internals for every sem and a model pratical. For all exams the pass percentage is 50%. The class notes will be enough to pass in all exam and need books from library to score higher.

Night Life

The hostel will not allow any students after 6pm since the study time time starts from 6pm to 8pm. The gym timings are morning 5 to 6:30 am and 3:30 to 5:30 in evening. The college will end around 3pm. The students can either go for library or atm otherwise the students cannot roam inside the campus.

At 8th semester the students can become eligible for campus placement and the companies visited more oftens are win etc the highest packages about 25 LP and average packers about 2.5 lpa percentage of students getting placement is above 80 percentage.
