My BTech experience at CMR Technical Campus 21-25 batch

I choose Electronics and Communications since I like chip designing and related aspects the college and faculty teaches the syllabus which has contrast with the JNTU Hyderabad Syllabus so it helps in the aspects of writing exams related to the job applications and GATE also the college provides placements and training which helps the students prepare for company related skill improvement and labs helps to improve the skill in practice which was learned in theory. In and all the frequency of exams are for every two months there are exams like every BTech college in Telangana each semister is of 4 months working days and exams around in a semister there will be 14 to 20 internal theory and lab exams will be there based on the semister and 7 to 10 external exams. There will be no biasing in academic related scenario everything is conducted fairly.

Around 40% to 50% of students get placed in entire college. It is totally based on the skill of the student if students has very good skill training and placement officer also offers to apply for companies which only takes skilled students the college is totally computer science and only one section has ECE which is comparatively has less placements compared to other deparments since there is no computer science background this is the drawback for taking Electronics and Communication but if students are skilled in the Electronics backgroung Veda IIT which provides internship and job oppurtunities in VLSI and Embedded Systems but the student has to be a skilled person in the electronics subjects.

When I've joined the college the BTech Tution is 80,000Rs. Currently the tution fee is 1,05,000Rs. JNTU Affiliation fee is 20,000Rs (1st Year) and 10,000Rs (Subsequent years). Hostel Fee is around 1,00,000 Rs variable for boys and girls. Transportation for day scholars is 40,000Rs to 45,000Rs based on the location. Also if anyone want to join via Management quota it is also available and fee can be talked to the admission staff. for SC/ST full fee reimbursement is given by the State government of Telangana. and for BC students 35,000Rs of imbursement is given by the government.

Coming to the social aspects there are technical and non techincal clubs helps improving the skills in both technical wise and also in the extra curricular activities. Coming to non Technical clubs Akrithi (entertainment and conducting events), Lexis (LSRW skill development and events), Film and Photography club, sports club, and also Sahaya club and NSS club etc. Coming to technical clubs there are different clubs such as Intel club, CodeOholics, Illuminous, Robotics,etc to improve skills and real time skill requirement learning.

The major thing about CMR Technical Campus is placements and curriculum and also there is no ragging and everything is peaceful it is in the middle of Village the location wise college wise it has better and based on the EAMCET results the best option for me is CMR Technical Campus that is why I have chosen this Collge than the others.

Faculty are very great and student to faculty ratio is also handsome. Mentors are affilicated to every student of the Campus. The faculty are very friendly and very approachable always help the students in any kind of career related information. Coming to the Exams there are two internal exams and one external exams theory and labs.

There is no Group Discussion or Interview or any Written Test admission will be either via entrance exam by the Telangana Government or Directly Management Seats are available for those who don't get good rank in the entrance exam.

College offers gym, cafeterias, library most of them close by 6 o' clock so the late-night activities are none but yearly once they will conduct the pegasus event which is conducted around night apart from that there is no late night activities.
