Remarks

Nothing is bad really if compared to other colleges. If we leave NITs and IITs this college is really good.

Course Curriculum Overview

It is very good. Regular assignment, regular classes, presentations, workshops, exposure. 3 main exams in one semester total of 8 semesters. 3 exams consist of t1, t2 and t3. T1 and t2 are of 20 marks and t3 of 35 marks. Regularities to get internships in good companies.

Placement Experience

4.5

One of the best for placements. Regular placements in 4th year throughout the year. I have done an internship in geeks for geeks.

College Events

College fest, freshers, regular events, coding contests, robotic contests etc. Senior students conduct all the events. They collect funds from the students and get sponsorships from companies. Regular events are conducted on robotics, coding, dramatics, dance, music.

Fees and Financial Aid

I have not opted for any scholarship. But I remember one of my friends had applied. I had good marks in 1st sem so he got a good scholarship from the college.

Campus Life

Campus life is good same as other colleges. Students are mostly from Delhi NCR only and few from other cities also. All types of labs are there. Computer labs, electronic labs, robotics labs. All type of sports is available, cricket stadium, football stadium, badminton court, basketball court, lawn tennis court, volleyball court.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes, everyone is co-related and helpful in every way they can be. Seniors are very helpful and guidance is provided by them.

Admission

I got admission on the basis of all India rank combining 12th and JEE Mains marks. I filled the form for this college online then went to the college campus for counselling. I submitted my documents and fees through demand draft and got admission in the college.

Faculty

Very good and well supporting and knowledgable. Classes are conducted regularly. They guide the students to become more proffesional in their life. Also, they help students personally if someone wants a counselling or guidance. They talk to the students and support them with their problems.

Overall Feedback for College - Admission , Placement , Course , Faculty , Events

Likes

the security is nice at my college like proper cctv and guards , apart from that labs , and my dept is too good. Ac classroom and labs
They have provided average placement like most of companies are mass hiring like tcs and accenture ..and only few companies come to offer big package
Infrastructure is good but there is need of reconstruction at some places the water is ticking in rain season continuously, and curriculum is okay okay not that much relevant to industry , they taught text books rather than the real practical cases

Dislikes

The examination checking - the student who is cr or having any relation with teachers got highest marks without writing the answer properly
The food canteen first of all the canteen is off from the past 1 or 2 year and now it reopen but it sells dirty food , waste foods
The college professor support , they are not that much supportive

Course Curriculum Overview:

coding I am interested in coding that why I offer this course It provide some courses but not all courses are related to real world they have to use practical examples and make students aware of the real industry According to me the time and frequency is okay of exam

Some Points about JIIT

choosing jiit over other private colleges seemed like a smart decision due to it's good average package in Delhi NCR. I applied to the northcap university in gurgaon and i was selected there but after talking to students there and looking at the average package of the college i chose jiit being it close to metro station also it is in a good location too. Main reason was fro choosing jiit was also that i didn't had good jee rank to get accepted in the good government colleges. i also got into ipu but again the placements stats influenced me alot...Read More
