Nice college, the parking places can also be maintained nice eplayground and AC lecture halls auditoriums and nice library good variety author books.

Its an proffesional course of 5 1/2 years. Exams are conducted in 5 semesters in 5 years. Each year an final exam will be given, First yaer is should be compulsary pass.after 4 years , an extra year of house surgency is also there(compulsory).

Yes, because my college is a medical college one year internship is compulsory. We also get stipend of 23000 rs. The coure is MBBS, so the job opportunity is high. It has country wide vaccancies for that job.

College Events

Yearly they will intercollege events known as asthra and yaazh. Which is annual sports meet and college culturak day. Bharatsang an cultural event takes place in the month of march aa an honour for our indian soldiers.

Fees and Financial Aid

No scholarship is offered because it is an central government college and its an mbbs couse so no scholarship is given. We are allowed to take student loan as a bonified is given by the college administration.

Our college has seperate lab for seperate department. Anatomy lab , biochemistry lab, physiological lab community medicine patho lab pharmacology lab forensic lab. We have our cricket team football team basketball and volleyball team.

Hostel Facilities

Yes, very nice facilities, Good room, gym, free wifi, Near by shops, bustand, etc. Separate hostel for boys and girls Hostel fees approximately 1800/year. Mess fees should be paid monthly qn amount of 3000 rs.

Alumni/Alumna

Senior students helps us in lot of criterias. There us no ragging in our college. They help in exams and they also helps in clinical postings. The are helpful in clearing doubts. They ever teach us our academic.

Admission

By online counselling conducted by mcc. Its all based on neet marks. Starting first round dates will be announced. Select those colleges that we prefer. It is based on the online counselling. After that an allotment result will be given for those colleges which we are eligible to join.

Very nice and good teaching faculties. Each department have thier own well educated teacher. All are good doctors who are ready to serve the people. Each have well HOD who will be the incharge of their respective departments.

For my medical field i feel some subjects are unnecessary in my view point like the community medicines. I feel anatomy weightage should be more compared to buochemistrand physiology. I would like them to improve the chapters and remove chalters that are unnecessary so that we medical students can concentrate on whats inportant rather than studying everything and stuffing our brain.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I was very passionate about entering the medical field quite early in my life, so I knew what I had to do when I was in school. Medical field is a very challenging area to choose and the work life balance is not as good as other professions. However, it is very engaging and interesting for people who are actually interested in the subject. However, one cannot practice medicine after finishing MBBS because of the increasing competition, so he has to do PG course in order to be more approachable for the patients as well as to serve better in the specific field. The course curriculum is start in a well planned manner and the portions are completed ahead of time so that students have around 1 to 1.5 months of study break before the university exams every year. So, along with the exams that take place throughout the year, students will also have ample time to prepare for their exams in their own way preferred.

This course is well known for its complexity. It's so hard to understand in the first go. We will start to realise that 12th was just an ABCD. Remarks:

The medical college and hospital is at Mundiyampakkam village, Villupuram District. Being located at a village, the medical college focuses on maintaining good health of rural people. There are 1100 beds which are used by patients. 650 beds are used for teaching and 450 beds are used for other medical purposes. Being close to nature, the college is surrounded by greenery. One can get fresh air and healthy environment easily. However, the city is a little bit far away.
