- the curriculum was sometimes too theory based and could have included more real time projects, internships, and practical learning methods.
- certain administrative processes were slow, and communication regarding schedules, events, or fee related updates could have been better
Course Curriculum Overview
i chose this course because the curriculum included programming, core computer science subjects, and practical lab sessions that are useful for software careers, the syllabus gives a good base for placements and higher studies through subjects like DBMS, OS, and web technologies. Exams are held through internal tests and semester exams every term, and the difficulty level is moderate if studied regularly. more industry projects, internships, and practical teaching methods can be added to improve real world expouse and learning quality
Internships Opportunities
students received internship opportunities from companies like TCS,Infosys, wipro and a few startup firms for the rolse such as software intern, web development intern, and data analyst intern. some internships offered stipends ranging from 5000 to 15,00 per month
Placement Experience
students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th semester.companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro,Accenture, and Congnizant visit the campus regularly and offer jobs for software and support roles, the average package is around 3 to 5 lpa, while the highest package depends on the company and student skills. A good percentage of students get placed every year with proper training support from the placement cell. After completing my degree, i plan to get good software job and improve my technical skills further
Fees and Financial Aid
My B.Tech fee is about 6,86,050 ruppees for four years ,it has tuition, lab, library, bus, and other fees. SC, ST, and convener quota students get fee aid. merti and need based aid is also there for students
Campus Life
The college conducts annul cultural and technical fests every year, usaully during February and March, where students take part in coding events, workshop, sports, and cultural programs.the library has a good collection of academic books, journals, and digital resources that are useful for studoes and projects . classrooms are equipped with projectors,wi-fi, and basic digital learning facilities. the campus also encourages sports and extracurricular activities like cricket, badminton, seminars, and club events. Students clubs and social groups help students improve teamwork, communication, leadership, and overall campus involment
Admission
I also applied to a few other engineering colleges in andhra pradesh and received confirmed admissions from some private colleges through entrance exam conseling and management quota,i chose this collge because of its better infrastrucure, decent placement record , good faculty support , and covenient location. i did not face major rejections, but in some colleges the cutoff ranks were higher and seat availability was limited for my preferred branch
Faculty
The faculty to student ratio was decent, amd most techers were approachable and helpful during classes and projects. i liked a few faculty members because of their clear teaching and friendly nature. some faculty focused more theory than practical work. there were internal and semester exams every term, and the difficulty level was moderate. A few students failed in tough subjects, but most cleared with regular study. the course curriculum was relevant and covered both core and practical subjects useful for placements and higher studies
Night Life
students usually spend time in the cafeteria, library, sports areas, and open public spaces after classes to relax and interact with friends. the library and most academic blocks close by evening, whiile cafeterias and common area remoan active till night . hostel students follow in time rules set by management for safety and discipline.
