If the first language of the applicant is not English then they need to submit a recognized English language qualification. The acceptable English test scores are given below:

Lancaster University offers 365 undergraduate programs in the field of Accounting and Finance, Biochemistry, Biology, Biomedical Sciences/Biomedicine, Business Analytics, Chemistry, Computing and Communications, Criminology, Design and Drama. The basic admission process for all the courses is the same.

The University considers applications from the beginning of the admission cycle and the applicants a response within three to four weeks. The students can track their applications by visiting logging on application portal or by contacting the Admission Office.
The admissions at Lancaster University are considered to be very selective and competitive. The university’s admission office reviews the applicants the basis of the candidate's UCAS score and research work.
For graduate admissions, the university information about the application status within 20 working days of submitting the application, however for some programs or at busy times decisions may take longer. The university will contact the applicant if further information is required. The applicant will be able to view the status of application at any time during the admissions process using the My Applications website.
