Leeds Beckett University Admission Process

  • Application: The applications for UG courses can be made through ‘Universities and Colleges Admissions Service (UCAS)’ or by direct application. For PG courses, applications can be made on the respective course page.
  • Application deadlines: Applications for UG courses can be made till January 15. Students missing this deadline may apply by June 30 through UCAS Extra. There is no fixed deadline for PG courses.
  • General requirements: Completed application form, academic certificate, English proficiency tests.
  • Additional requirements: ID proof (Birth certificate/passport copy), academic/professional references, resume/CV, and a completed Agent Consent Form (if applying through an agent).

Leeds Beckett University Scholarships

The international students may fund their education by availing Government Scholarship offered by home country, by applying for Commonwealth/Chevening Scholarship or a Leeds Beckett Scholarship.

  • Leeds Beckett Scholarships

The eligible international students are granted scholarship at various levels of study:

UG Courses: £1,000 per year. PG Taught Courses: £3,000 for 1st year of study

PG Research Courses: £1,500 per year

This scholarship is applicable only to full-time courses and require no separate application.

  • Chevening Scholarships

This scholarship covers about 700 individuals from 110 countries and includes tuition fee, living cost and return economy ticket fare.

  • Commonwealth Scholarships

The scholarship is offered to Master’s and research students belonging to commonwealth countries. It primarily covers the tuition fee, examination fee, monthly stipend, thesis grant (research students) and initial arrival allowance.

  • Discount on PG tuition Fee

The alumni students are offered rebate of 10% on the tuition fee towards their postgraduate study
