MIT-WPU Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

MIT WPU would be one of the top colleges in Pune when it comes to placements. We get highly reputed companies on your campus for recruitment including the big 4. Placements start for students towards the end of sem 1 of the final year and go on up to the end of sem 2. The average package offered to freshers is around 4.5 lakhs per annum excluding a sign-up bonus and other incentives. Around 70-80% of the students get placed every year. I'm looking to get placed after completing my degree.

The campus placement for engineering is great. They have an average package of 6Lakh per annum, and 10 lakh per annum for CSE only. Also, they offer some foreign offers. Overall in engineering, 60% of students get placed but in CSE and ECE branches record is up to 90%. Also, they help in preparing for higher studies. Some of the students go for further studies after their graduation. And some opt for placements, I am one of them. My current package is of 22Lakh per annum.

My college placement is very Nice. I think most of the students in the 4th year got the internship as well as the full-time offer. In our College above 1500 come every year for placement. The companies like Microsoft, Amazon and many other MNCs.

The average package is 6.5 LPA. On-campus placements are provided. The highest was 37 LPA. From the third year, students are eligible for campus placement and internships. GOOGLE, PAYTM, AMAZON, AMAZON, AMDOCS, etc. have visited. Placement provided is 100%. I haven't actually thought about my plans for now.

Rakuten, a Japanese company selected 2 of our students with CTC 37.26 L p.a, the highest CTC ever offered on campus so far. This year has seen over 600 engineers being placed with some of the best brands in the world such as IBM, HCL, Michelin India, Amdocs, Infosys, ONGC, Hitachi, and Barclays name a few. The placements this year have seen an increase of 20% in the average salary

As there is a trimester pattern, the students are eligible in the 5th trimester. As I am in the 4th trimester, I can't tell much about the companies visited and offered in college. After finishing my degree, I want to work for a company and give it my all.

Depending upon the degree, the students are eligible for placements in either the third year or the fourth year. MIT- WPU is visited by many companies such as TCS, AMDOCS, MICROSOFT, AMAZON, RELIANCE, INFOSYS, LG, IBM etc with the highest package of 37.5 LPA. After getting my degree I plan to go ahead with pursuing a master's.

In MSC CS course total 6 trimester in there. 5th and 6th trimester are industrial training (internship) then students can eligible for campus. So many companies are visiting our college like Wipro,cisco, TCS,vendekin, Deloitte, Capgemini etc. Almost all students are placed. My target is after completing a degree got a best IT company are learn a new knowledge about that.

Campus Placement are very good at MIT -students gets eligible for the placement after 4th trimester. -Many MNCs like Accenture, Cognizant, Vendekin,Cisco and over 100 companies visits the mit for recruitment. -Highest package Received was 15LPA, avarage package Received is 6LPA Almost 85% students get placed through campus placement. I am planning to do a internship and after that want to do a Job

University provides 100% Placement, there are big firms like IBM, Amazon, Deloitte, Wipro, etc come for recruitment. University has a placement cell that is very active in ensuring the safety of students in the workplace and they stay in touch with recruiters and take student feedback. overall it is very satisfactory.
