- The faculty was good and responsible, easy available of references and easy understanding, well professionalized lectures
- The opportunity for scholarships and placements is also top-class at andhra university.
- My experience in my college was pretty good.they have good faculty and facilities in the classroom and the classroom and washroom are kept clean .they provide labs for physics and chemistry,and also they celebrate annual fests and farewells and sports
Dislikes
- The faculty here are very much experienced and well known about the subject but the prblm here is that they just teach us about the subject and go but no one will let you ask if you understand it or not.
- Nothing much but there will be disparities between students and it is difficult to get seat in wished group
- I dislike the college b?cause they is only some placement for the course

There were mid examinations and meanwhile faculty will conduct slip tests too.
There will be seminars also.
We also have practical sessions most probably to had some practical knowledge.
Meanwhile, we had semester exam preparation holidays too!!!!

Placements are offered by the college, but there are not up to the mark. Companies like Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Deloitte, Amazon, l and t, Tcs offer various packages. The highest package is 6 lakh per annum. Only 5 percent of students are selected.

Placement Experience:
For placements the students have to undergo some entrance tests if he or they succeeds in it they will go to another round of interview, they also give train us on how to crack the interview with special classes.

From 3-1 semester students are eligible for campus placement.
Infosys, Genpact, ILM, Deutsche Bank are the companies that visited our college.
The highest package offered during placement is 2.5 lakh per annum.
The percentage of students getting placement is 55%.

Students were placed in many companies like AWS, Infosys, TCS, Capgemini, Wipro, Mindtree, IBM, MuSigma, and Cognizant. Nearly 30 percent of students got placement during my final year. Students from the 3rd and 4th years are eligible for placements.

Placement Experience:
Placements are very good.
We get good companies and most of use are placed in 3-2 that is third year 2nd sem.
All we need to do is clear all subjects and have good knowledge in coding.
Major mnc also visit our college for placements

Placement Experience:
The college has a good placement record. The placement committee is quite supportive. AS according to the course fee the placement packages are quite impressive. Companies like Asain Paint, Bharti Airtel, Andhra Bank, Kotak Mahindra visit the campus during the placement drive. The highest package for our batch was around 11 LPA and the lowest one was 5 LPA.

Placement Experience:
From 3rd semester students become eligible for campus placements. TCS, Microsoft, Dell, tech mahendra, HDFC and so many companies visited. 4 offers I made. The highest package is 70,000/- and average package is 45,000/-. 60% students got placements. I want to become a physics lecturer after getting degree.

Anits is very known for its placements in Andhra Pradesh. Companies like Infosys , IBM consider Anits as a source for skilled people to fit in their companies. Anits has great placement numbers from these companies and many other companies come for placement.

What is your review of Andhra University?

One of my friends graduated from Andhra University. According to him, it is very reputed among students as well as professionals. But like every other institution, it also has its fair share of positives and negatives. Let me share them with you which you can analyze later on.
Pros:
- It is one of the oldest universities in the country, hence has a great alumni network.
- The student intake in each department is 30-60, which benefits the student-teacher interaction.
- Each department has its own dedicated library consisting of several books, magazines, journals, and other study materials.
- The campus is huge, covering 600 acres.
- They have the biggest sports ground. Students are also provided with a gym and basketball court.
- The entire campus is wifi enabled.
Cons:
- The placements are average. The number of companies visiting the college has gradually decreased.
- The lab equipment is not well maintained or upgraded.
- Andhra University follows the age-old curriculum with little to no changes.
- Students are told to put more emphasis on theoretical learning than practical.
- Exams are mostly based on theories rather than practicals.
Overall, it is an above-average institution. It may not be like the IITs or NITs but still works well. It is suggested that you opt for this only if you have missed the opportunity to study in the IITs or NITs.
