At last, I would love to say that my colleagues in one of the best college in the city which has many good things to join in and also the management of the college is very supportive as they support us in many things and keep us informed about the college exams and events through messages and calls. As I am an engineering graduate, coming from different background to take up an advanced level course was challenging. But the faculty and course structure helped me to catch up with the proceedings as quickly as possible. The knowledge possessed by the faculty helps in understanding the science behind food production. Having an engineering background and curious approach helped me in understanding the process and thoughts went into designing recipes.
Also the familiarity of using various tools and machines helped me in carving practicals.
The passion and interest I have about culinary arts is increased many folds after attending this course and gaining the unique knowledge about the overall subject.
As an engineer studying culinary arts I want to state that if you have passion and are willing to give that extra bit of commitment then you can do whatever you want in your life.

Remarks:
Culinary Academy of India is a brand and strives at excellence and making learning a joyful experience. Once you join the college you become a part of the Chefs network and are always in constant contact with the college welfare.
The management works day and night to be able to cope up with the changing trends in the industry and never falls back on providing the best to its students.
The course in itself is a continuous training process and also creates a platform for the emerging future chefs that the college can provide to the society at large.

Remarks:
The good thing is the management is very proactive and they always make sure that the quality of education is kept very high and they make sure that the best faculty are hired for the teaching in the technical subjects with practical's. The only thing which I did not like is that they are very strict and run the college as a military academy. But its okay as hotel industry puts a lot of emphasis on discipline and punctuality. We get trained for that type of discipline here in the college itself. I think this is the main reason why most CAI'ns survive in this tough culinary profession. The college tries its best to emulate the industry within the college premises.

Cons :
1)Located in centre of the city
2) Quality of teaching and circulum is increased every year
3)Our college is affiliated to Osmania
4) Number of placements and the number of companies visiting is improving a lot every year
Of course not all the students gets placed but the number is increasing every year.
Cons
1) No Non-Veg
2) Restrictions - A lot
You cannot enter into college from back gate and many more
3)Lot of communication gap between principal and other departments
4) Some of the departments gives a lot of importance for academics rather than placements even in 4th year !!!

Osmania University, in my opinion, is a place where you can learn anything you want. Be it academics, politics, or your other goals. There are numerous resources available at OU that you can use to advance your career. The location of OU is its greatest asset. If you are stressed or bored with your daily routine, you can take a bus and be at RTC X-roads, the land of theaters, in 10 minutes. Even walking from OU to X-roads will take less than 25 minutes. Tired of the same old food? Just put your legs outside your room, and you'll have a plethora of restaurants to choose from. Biryani BAWARCHI, the king of Hyderabad Biryani, is also located on RTC-X roads.
If you like reading, you can go to Central Library or Landscape, which are opposite each other. If you want to be an IAS officer, there are excellent coaching institutes like RC REDDY in RTC X-Roads. You can also enjoy some colorful scenery on campus.
