- The teachers are friendly with the students and i have the best learning experience in there.
- The facilities gauhati university is providing and the infrastructure. teachers try to provide as much information as they can. the campus is so peaceful. hostels facilities are so good. gauhati university provides good health and medical facilities

- There was no entrance exam for us, it was online registration and merit list was provided, there was no entrance exam for us.
- Some teacher are very good and some are so bad in behavior and teaching so i dislike some teachers.
- Teachers are not good in teaching they are also bad behavior.

- The thing I like the most is the college campus, it is very beautiful. The class rooms are also modern, apart from blackboard and board, classes are also held on smart boards in some rooms.
- Every facility is available in the college, such as library, career guidance. The college library is very good, it has 50000 books available. Newspapers are also available for daily reading.
- Apart from this, the college faculty is very good, they are highly qualified, they teach us everything very well. Sometimes we also take extra classes before the exams.
Dislikes
- There is no question of dislike, but there is no placement in college, the college people should start placement facility for science stream students.
- Still postgraduation is not available in every department in our college,Postgraduation should be available in every department.
- And in our college only science and arts stream are available, there is no commerce stream, its facility should also be started.
Course Curriculum Overview:
•In this college I took admission in B.Sc in chemistry course in 2024.This college is one of the finest colleges in the entire Kamrup (rural) district for normal graduation in the pure science field. The Chemistry and Physics branch of this college is very good. After completing this course, we get admission in top universities of India by giving different post graduation entrance in future.After that, after clearing UGC NET and CSIR NET, you can apply for Assistant Professor and can also apply for different companies. There are different exams for this course in our college, first there is an online quiz for internal marks, after that there is a seasonal exam, at last there is a practical exam, viva and university semester exam occure.

- I think our college darrang college needs improvement in fees areas including the sports
- The academic building are one of the few things i like
- The overall environment is pretty good

- The working staff are very rude sometimes
- Improvement in sports area like playground
- Not all but few class are really dirty in collage

I wanted to learn about the AI and computer science so I decided to choose to graduate in bachelor in computer science.its really nich in this course.need improvement in practical teaching.there are two exam one is sessional exam and the final exam.

- I liked the Laboratory of Computer Science Department.
- I liked the library of our college which is well managed.
Dislikes
- I didn't like the area of washroom as it is not very well managed.
- The Boys Common Room is too dirty and the washroom attached there is never washed.
Placement Experience:
For campus placement the students should be in final semester or should be graduated..
Automobile companies visit for the placement and it is limited.
The package they offer is like 5-6 LPA .
5% of the total students are getting the placements.
My plan is to prepare for competitive exams after getting the degree .

Course Curriculum Overview:
The course of zoology is very vast and is not only limited to animals only. It is a very vast course with various core subjects in it. The biomedical line, bioinformatics, animal behaviour, environmental studies courses like this are very reputated in todays world with leading companies having consultants from this core subjects

- It got a nice campus ,,it’s too clean and safe for girls
- It has enough rooms to hold the maximum seating capacity easily
- It got a canteen inside the college which is too hygienic

- The toilet is horrible and not usable unhygienic
- Yes it got a canteen but the seating area is too low
- The auditorium is too small and does not meet the requirements
Course Curriculum Overview:
It's more competitive than I thought I tought earlier competition in government colleges will be less but our department holds some amazing talents
The course can teach morale values and life values to its Children's also

- The library of the college is what I like the most.
Dislikes
- Language barrier. The professors use Assamese most of the time so it gets very frustrating sometimes.
Course Curriculum Overview:
The teachers should condier the students who do not understand Assamese and try to use it as less as possible during the class for the convenience of the student who do not understand the language at all.
The frequency and timing of the exam is quite good and I would like it to be the way it is.

- The cfaculties they are very friendly and knowledgable and qualified and approachable. You would love it if you attend their classes. Students teachers relation is very harmonious and pleasant. Also the place is very kind to you for your opportuniti.
- Total infrastructure is too good. As the size of the college is big with a lot of classes and courses like MBA, BBA, Mcom, Bcom equipped with aAC good water supply and all. Security guards are very friendly. Parking facility is good.
- Well equipped with latest way of techings.
Dislikes
- In rainy season a small part of the campus face flood.
- The field where sports played can be made more better.
- Parking facilities can be made more better.
Course Curriculum Overview:
The course is too good as it also not about the course but a lot of opportunities other than the course like politics sports. Also the technology used in teaching is good but it can be made better. Frequency is flexible with two months gap per semester.

- Hostel facilities are not good and the food is not also goodAnd warden is also very strictand registrar is doesn’t allow us to go anywhere they probably see us as a servant even if we dont go to college for one day they will abuse us
Placement Experience:
The placement rate is very high to be honest
And if they donot give us any kind of placement i will further do mtech in aeronautics
After 6th semester students become eligible
3lakh highest and 1lakh 50 average

- Supportive environment, students and professors are good
- No ragging, theg have an anti ragging cell
- not much language barrier, people from different places so you can communicate in hindi and english as well
Dislikes
- The infrastructure can be better, not all the classes have ac
- The washrooms of the whole college stinks and not much hygienic
- Irregular classes and the uniform of girls for this college i personally don't like
Course Curriculum Overview:
My course is very comprehensive and good for general course degree for those who aims to get an overall knowledge of commerce, but it's not really relevant to real world situations and for further career opportunities

One of my friends graduated from Gauhati University. According to her, it’s a decent university.
Faculty: The faculties are dedicated. They may seem strict at first, but you can approach them, regarding your problems.
Curriculum: The course curriculum is up-to-date. You can even follow the syllabus for various entrance tests.
Classes: Classes are held regularly. The institute is also strict regarding attendance.
Co-curricular: Different co-curricular activities are held around the academic year.
The environment on campus is great for studies. The university has been accredited with NAAC A grade. Overall it can be a great place to pursue your studies.
