- The teachers are friendly with the students and i have the best learning experience in there.
- The facilities gauhati university is providing and the infrastructure. teachers try to provide as much information as they can. the campus is so peaceful. hostels facilities are so good. gauhati university provides good health and medical facilities

- There was no entrance exam for us, it was online registration and merit list was provided, there was no entrance exam for us.
- Some teacher are very good and some are so bad in behavior and teaching so i dislike some teachers.

- I liked collage campus it's lively and positive every day..it feel good positivity surrounding .No of girls and boys are same
- Regular classes ,teachers are very good in teaching friendly and helping and giving extra guidance which helps us a lot .
- Facility is excellent..all things in library and labs are well organised clean and peaceful..campus is clean
Dislikes
- Hostels could be improved..some buildings need to be upgraded and some buildings needs repair
- They must provide internships facility much required ..and more stuffs to handle in sports
- I think girls common room and boys common rooms can be made better and fix
Course Curriculum Overview:
I would rate my Botany course most relevant and good overall i love learning about plamts it covers various topics like ecology molecular biology It helps us for jobs and research students its bery helpful and internship .Some things can be made better like having internships opportunities field work lab jobs assistants which keeps lab we'll maintained..If group words peojevts included it wud be more fun..and give more preference on teaching guiding for real life job.Overall good exams are conducted well and disciplined

- The college campus is so peaceful, we have a park in the campus we can do rest there. We have a large playground of basketball.
- Classes are so large and we have so many fans in there.
- We've so many trees in our campus and our campus is so clean.
Dislikes
- The bathroom in our is dirty, i don't like that
- Our department is not so comfort, and our bench in the classrooms are not so comfortable
- Our mentors are so good, we gained so many helps from them
Fees and Financial Aid:
The year wise fees we pay is 13000/-
Around 6k we paid during admission in per semester and others are exam fees we pay during exam
The tuition fee is 1020/-
And the admission fee is 400/-
Laboratory fee 1000/-
And the rest we pay in cultural programme, electricity etc.

- The classes are quotes large and spacious and there are acs in almost all the classrooms
- The college has a very big and nice library with variety of books to read from
- The college campus is very clean overall and the sanitation facilities are neat and clean too
Dislikes
- Most of the events happen in college so many classes get cancelled
- The college is a bit far from my home so i have to leave very early to reach college in time
- The college is in a flood prone area so whenever it rains heavily the surroundings get flooded which makes it very difficult to travel
Course Curriculum Overview:
I opted this course as i want to appear for government exams after i complete my bachelor's degree over-all the course is good but the college should provide more intership opportunities and real life experiences than just theoretical knowledge

- Faculty expertise and teaching methods are overall good
- I like the environment of my college its auditorium is big

- Its infrastructure is lagging behind it needs to be improved
- No playground or field for students for which we cannot do anything in our recess time
Course Curriculum Overview:
The course curriculum is very good. As i am studying Bcom it is very helpful to understand the business or market world or companies how to make a product to understand a product from various aspects including pros and cons. Overall theory is the traditional method some practical methods should be applied to make it more realistic to business world which will enhance ones vision towards business world.

I choose my course as a hindi just because I want to be a teacher of Hind .and the subject is not also easy all' subject has its own character

Being a part of NEP i.e., the new education policy, we get knowledge of other fields besides our major paper which really improves our knowledge as well as pov of the world around us eventually preparing us for the exams in the future as well

- The campus is very small. There is no playground to play also

- Less focused in the placement cell. no proper guidance

The curriculum is good, but the syllabus seems to be too old comparing today's current world. This curriculum includes 41st semester, starting with C++, Java, data structure and algo. since I am in the final year for me, currently, it's networking. helps in learning the basic things, but to cop up with the real worls, you need to get in touch in your own

- The environment of the college is very good

- Teaching methods are quite good and the teacher are friendly

- Late night shows are not allowed that's I don't like it
- Drinking water facilities are poor only one water purifier is set up to drink water
- In the rainy days the college become completely flooded
Course Curriculum Overview:
The teaching methods should be improved a little bit because some of the students can't able to understand what the teacher is teaching and the teacher should do little funny things in between the class so the students can get comfortable with the teacher and able to understand quickly what the teacher is teaching

The frequency time of a exam of atleast 50 marks exam should be 1hr 30mins

One of my friends graduated from Gauhati University. According to her, it’s a decent university.
Faculty: The faculties are dedicated. They may seem strict at first, but you can approach them, regarding your problems.
Curriculum: The course curriculum is up-to-date. You can even follow the syllabus for various entrance tests.
Classes: Classes are held regularly. The institute is also strict regarding attendance.
Co-curricular: Different co-curricular activities are held around the academic year.
The environment on campus is great for studies. The university has been accredited with NAAC A grade. Overall it can be a great place to pursue your studies.
