- The teachers are friendly with the students and i have the best learning experience in there.
- The facilities gauhati university is providing and the infrastructure. teachers try to provide as much information as they can. the campus is so peaceful. hostels facilities are so good. gauhati university provides good health and medical facilities

- There was no entrance exam for us, it was online registration and merit list was provided, there was no entrance exam for us.
- Some teacher are very good and some are so bad in behavior and teaching so i dislike some teachers.
- Teachers are not good in teaching they are also bad behavior.

This CBCS course is very useful in upcoming generation, and it's improve our advance technology, this course exam is difficult but it's clear easily who studied, This curriculum is well so I think no need to improvement

- The college has flexible attendence which can be adjusted to 75% attendence if we pay extra fees of absent fines .
- Since i stay in PG which is near to my college , i usually enjoy going classes .
- I am from different state (Nagaland) studying in the state of Assam , i dont feel any difference in racism among friends .
Dislikes
- The college has very less compound which makes it conjusted . Also the college is situated at such a location where the floods usually takes place .
- The college fees are very expensive for a middle class family like me . Also the facilities provided by the college as compared to the amounf of fees paid , it is totally unreasonably high price tag .
- Not all but some of the lectureres seems racist and some prefer taking classes in assamese where it is an english/hindi medium college .
Course Curriculum Overview:
Specifically , i choose the course LLB is because i wanted to become an advocate which is such an honourable profession .
The faculty does prepares us but it is us doing the 99% effort and a student like me who is a first generation lawyer finds hard adjusting to the new course .
There are lots of rooms for improvement like upgrading the classes to a digital class room where students gets to learn better . Also , the college environment is too conjusted and it finds hard to adjust to the conjustion .
Exams usually are an average papers since i mostly prepare my papers in advance .

- The quality of education is very good and competent with other world class universities. The professors are well qualified many of them are post doc holders from different countries
- Campus is 650 acres with very much greenary and infrastructure is very good. Almost every classrom has AC and projectors. Two big playgrounds and three and four auditorium halls
- The NIRF ranking of the university is top most among north east India universities and 40 th among all universities and 57 among overall institutions
Dislikes
- The University buses are less and sometimes its not enough to hold this much students
- Some infrastructure isn’t maintained well eg. the playground doesn’t has hygiene and bathroom
- There are not enough no of hostels in the campus to get all the students to stay

This course has an syllabus similar with other top universities courses .You can opt this course if you want to become a assistant proff and go for reaserch.
The course specialises you to learn very complex physics in simple way and motivates you to pursue reaserch .
Some of the syllabus were not competitive exam based like NET ,JEST ,GATE and other than that the course is good and teaching method is both digital and classical
The frequency of exam is very high and in a semester there are 3 exams and the difficulty level is high because you didn't get much time to prepare

- I love the aspects of the college and appreciate authority work and I think there is no need of improvement cause everything is available here classrooms are developed , auditorium s are developed attached with modern technology .
- Our college organise many meetings and interaction programs with big personalities and also apsc or any competitive exam crackers are welcomed to give us knowledge and showing us the right path to choose career etc
- Teachers are so good and very knowledgeable, all teachers treat students like their own childs and in departmental or any college program they support students in every possible way

- No I love my college their is nothing bad about my college everything is perfect
- One of the best college of Assam and also get the A+ grade by Naac
- Best college, best teachers , good education system , internship s are here , right career paths are make here , many many big personalities had studied in this college and brightning the name of college in every corner of world
Course Curriculum Overview:
If you ask what influenced me to choose this course basically I love this course and I have a dream from my 12 th class to pursue degree on this course .
I'm a bachelor of philosophy and this subject helps me to face the problems of real world like human ethics animal ethics , right wrong decision making , making a good society , waking up kids and children new generation by giving them lessons like this type of things it may gonna help me in real world and yes health is wealth .
No there is no need of improvement in the course faculty is very knowledgeable and have better experience of the subject s .
The frequency of exam s are good well managed as our course is too long so yes they don't take too much exam s only two exams sessional and final after all what you learnt is important not numbers.

- The campus is quite good and has a nice environment
- Teachers and staffs are also great and helpful in every aspects.
- Also the infrastructure are also quite good
Dislikes
- In summer times it’s difficult to do classes as there are very few fans in each classroom
- Campus is good enough but not that spacious
- Canteen foods are bit unhygienic, they could improve in here
Course Curriculum Overview:
I choose botany because yeah i do have interest in plant physiology, it's interesting and great.
Teachers teaches their portion well and elaborately.
Overall good experience.
So the timing of each classes is 1hr and whenever there is sessional exam timing 1 hr and for semester exam it's 3 hrs.

- I liked the campus of the university a lot
- I liked the teachers of my department and also the hod is really loving and caring
- I like the plantation near our department all greenery
Course Curriculum Overview:
This course attracted me because i am from commerce background and they have multiple exits in the upcoming 5 years course which i liked.The teachers teach us really well and also asks us if we understand or not and also looks after us if we are writing or understanding and if we dont understand teachers come to our seats and explain us which i dont see in most of the colleges. The exams are held in a good frequency,we get a lot of time to enjoy our college life and also study .

- The college is situated at the heart of nagoan making it easier to reach from any place nearby...the is very cultural and has good social activist and facilities good transformation in students
- The Benefits of Attending a Good College Choosing the right college is a pivotal decision that can shape a student's future. A good college not only product...the college teacher are very educated and they treated us like their children and guide us.
- Though the college building are little bit poor as they were build in 1944 and ,but no compromise with the quality of education

- The college canteen is not well maintained and price are are little on higher side
- The college washroom are not maintained and they smell very bad ...but few good washroom are also available..
- There is very less college function and they are not of top notch and sports are not that quality..as college don't have its own playground
Course Curriculum Overview:
The college doesn't organised many big programs but few freshers,some cultural programs and some sports programs,but the program are very nicely organised ..the seniors organisation are very good they take care of the curriculum very nicely..the teaching methods are of top notch ...each semester has 2 exam one mid term and one end term.

Yeah I like it at the time I am back training here it was too much expensive but now in 2024, Lucky is less expensive than any year. I would recommend everyone to join this collage is for to save their money.

- Well the professors are skilled so the classes goes thoroughly fine.
- The tution regarding classes are fine as well and they complete the syllabus within the given period.
- The campus is considerable and I have been doing fine till now, btw more to go.
Dislikes
- The behaviour of the workers, they are harsh and rude. Especially the online workers.
- The campus is fine but needs more maintenance and washrooms etc are dirty so yes more maintenance needed.
- I don’t like the holiday system, they don’t follow government routines.

Well our college doesn't have placements.
I have chosed accounting and finance as my major so after completing degree i am thinking of pursuing further education in masters in finance, an mba or a specialised postgraduate can enhance my skills.

- Well I hate that they do not give our marksheets or any kind of forms to our department instead we have to make a long line inorder to get the forms or marksheet

It's actually tough learning zoology
The core paper increases and the difficulty increases more

One of my friends graduated from Gauhati University. According to her, it’s a decent university.
Faculty: The faculties are dedicated. They may seem strict at first, but you can approach them, regarding your problems.
Curriculum: The course curriculum is up-to-date. You can even follow the syllabus for various entrance tests.
Classes: Classes are held regularly. The institute is also strict regarding attendance.
Co-curricular: Different co-curricular activities are held around the academic year.
The environment on campus is great for studies. The university has been accredited with NAAC A grade. Overall it can be a great place to pursue your studies.
