Rungta College holds an annual event named “Placementnama” which is solely based on the purpose of bringing esteemed companies to Bhilai. It is an open campus event and even students of different colleges in Bhilai often wait for this event to apply for a job. There are 40-50 companies that visit the campus and the duration of the event is usually 3 days depending on the interview processes of the company. The package and job criteria are all dependent on the course that we are applying for so they aren’t standardized. And it also depends on the student’s own capabilities if they’re able to grab an opportunity or not. After completing my BBA the highest pay I was offered was 3.6LPA as HR recruitment coordinator in 2017.

The college has the best campus placement in the state. students in their final year i.e 7th sem are eligible for the companies visiting for placements Big MNC IT companies to small but successful startups are coming to our college for the same. even we have got tremendous no. of companies wrt our streams. if any company is entering the state for campus,it is sure that it will come to our college also. the highest package as of now is about 12lpa and avg is 6lpa.

From the 6th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placement. Every year more than 20 companies visit our college for hiring students. More than 58% of students get placed every year. I also want to join a company through cam placements after completing my degree.

Very much good placement selection in our college. After the 6th semester, we are eligible for campus placement. There are many companies like Capgemini, TCS, Byjus, Justdial etc visit our campus. If you are an average student you gotta a good placement and enough good salary.

Placements are the best part of this college it all depends on a student eligible to crack it the topmost MNCs comes here like cognizant, Capgemini, Tech Mahindra etc and non-tech companies are welcomed too with the maximum offer of 8 LPA. The students need to be 60+ in %. But some companies don’t need this criterion to be fulfilled.

The students can appear for placements from their 3rd year according to the options allowed by the companies. We have an average package of around 3 lakhs and the highest is around 7.5 lakhs pa. Almost more than 50% student gets campus placement.

From 7th semester onwards students become eligible for campus placements. The placement opportunities are very good. Our college has 80% of the placement record. The students are trained through various training programmes so that the skills such as technical skills, interpersonal skills, soft skills etc. gets enhanced. Companies from different sectors visited the college. Accenture, Cognizant, Tech Mahindra, Keka, Wipro etc. visited our college for placements.

The final year students are eligible for campus placements. The college organizes an open placement having companies like TCS, Nestle etc every year in the month of April-May. The average package is around 2.5 Lakhs.

Nestle, Lex process, Nova nor disk, Mphasis. Just dial, Rx, Eris Life sciences, TCS, and many more according to the field. good ratio of students replaced every year and working with reputated companies.

Around 70% of the students get placements at the end of graduation, whereas students are eligible from the end of the seventh semester for campus placements. The college conducts a huge campus drive every year. No. of companies that visit the campus drive includes TCS, Lex Process, Novo Nor Disk, etc.
