I had already completed my graduation from the same college so it was a calculated decision to pursue MBA from here. Rungta offers the best placement opportunities in Chhattisgarh and I did not plan on going to another state even though I was offered scholarships, so I chose my college because of the brilliant faculties and education standard provided here. The admission process was quite simple we had just taken MAT and were selected on merit basis according to the score. I had scored a composite score of 727.50 marks with 97.07 percentile.

The course curriculum offers a fixed major in Marketing with a variety of choices for dual specialization so the students can choose any subject according to their interests. I had chosen HR alongside Marketing. The faculties are brilliant at their professions even the Dean sir and HODs used to teach us just because they are passionate about their methods of teaching and it does leave an impact on students' minds. I had done my internship in HR at Hyatt Raipur. The whole experience was extremely knowledgeable and heartwarming. I had made connections with wonderful people with who I'm still in contact. I was also offered a PPO after my internship but I could not accept it as I plan on pursuing a PhD. My project topic was inspired by the day-to-day experiences in Hyatt, i.e. "Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement at Hyatt Raipur" as I had the opportunity to experience the practical applications of those terms.

The annual placement event is called " PLACEMENTNAMA". It is an open campus event where students from different colleges come to find job opportunities. This event is such a hit that even students from different colleges await this. Every year more than 30 companies visit the campus to recruit deserving candidates. In 2020 due to the pandemic, this event took place through online mediums and many students grabbed some amazing jobs. As I have previously mentioned, I had already accepted a job before the online event so I did not participate in it.

The fee structure is extremely feasible in comparison to other colleges where we invest so much amount. The yearly fee is 76000 and just because my friends and I have completed our graduation from the same college, we got some alumni discount of 5000/sem. There is an annual placement event called "Placementnama" where 30+ companies visit the campus to select deserving candidates. I had already been placed at the first company that came to visit our campus so I did not have to attend other interviews. I had gotten a job with 4.5LPA.

The campus environment is amiable. The annual fest named "Vyom" is a three-day event where the whole college turns into a Carnival. The faculties along with students have a lot of fun as the former are in charge of activities and the latter are responsible for participating. There are various categories from sports, quizzes, PC gaming, movie marathons, and various such entertainment depending on theme of the event. Management students also celebrate Entrepreneurship Day where students participate in exhibitionism of their entrepreneurial skills. There are also weekly activities conducted by management students where students from different teams and conduct activities which are a combination of fun and learning.
