BGSBU Faculty

The faculty at the university is highly qualified, with many holding Ph.D. and master's degrees, and some pursuing further studies at prestigious institutions like IITs. The majority of faculty members have at least 7 years of experience, with expertise enhanced by the TEQUIP project. The teaching staff is supportive, interactive, and committed to helping students both academically and personally. Faculty members conduct approximately 45-46 lectures per subject each semester, covering 60-75% of the syllabus, and often offer extra lectures to ensure mastery of the subjects.

The exam system is regarded as fair and well-structured, requiring students to achieve at least 40 out of 100 to pass. While most faculty are well-qualified and cooperative, some contractual faculty lack experience. Overall, the teaching staff is dedicated and plays a crucial role in students' academic and personal development.
