The choice of course that is statistics, has great applications and need in the following time. The demand for the employment in this field is in very much demand. Throughout a semester, the college conducts two examination, mid sem and end sem examination.

My course is Bsc. Statistics. This course is not too old in the college. This course was started in 2016. Overall the course is very amazing and interesting and faculty is also very experienced in terms of teaching and humble too

I have chosen this course because of to rising technical world. Statistics plays a very crucial role in every field and here we get theoretical knowledge very well but there is a lack of practical knowledge. It can improve.

Our curriculum follows the ranchi university syllabus and it level up with the future need of the subject but there are some areas with need improvement as they should focus more on lab and practical work and it should focus on future needs of this subject. We have 2 exams in a semester one is mid-semester and the other is end-sem. Questions are tough but not very much.

After 6 semester student are eligible bor campus placement. Last year companies like jsw and vedanta were mass recruiter and they recruited around 50 students together offering highest placement of14 lpa and average around 7.5lpa . Around 100 percent of student of final year student got placed

From 5 th semester you are eligible for placements there are so many companies which offers in different different course available in our college . As I said there are so many departments in our college and every department allows different companies so the package will change accordingly. The highest package would be 10 lakhs . I think 30 percent students can got placements .

From end semester students are eligible for placements but for ba students there are no placements available till now i hope in future may it will be available placements are mostly available for vocational courses maximum salary upto 5lpa. After getting this degree i will do masters from different college

BA in Political Science is just a generic course in this college. The syllabus that they follow is of Age old Ranchi University. It needs to change. There is a big scope for that. They should improve it.

There are not much opportunity given by the college placement cell .Very less local companies visit our college for the vacancy and the average salary well be 10000.So better to go for higher studies after completing this course

I tried Shyama Prasad University but due to the high joining credentials of that university, I have to choose Doranda College. There are a total 4 exams conducted in 1 year of which 2 are internal exams which are conducted by the college itself and 2 are external exams which are conducted by the university and also known as end sem exams. Teachers should be improved as they are not very knowledgeable about their subjects. The curriculum is not based on real-world application as it's just a course for certification.
