I applied for a post-graduation degree in Finance through an online application form. The admission procedure was easy as I already qualified for my MAT exam I was just left with a group discussion and a personal interview. After clearing all the exams and schedules I was finally a student here.

From the final year the students become eligible for campus placements. lots of MNC's come to visit and conduct interviews.

Campus placement - in this college placement was really good . Campus selection may happen from 5th semester .
Before placement lectures will train how to attend interview and boost up confidence . Companies like P&y and much more. Package till 8 LPA.
Around 60 to 70% students will get placed.

You get to eligible for campus placement in 6 semester and your percentage should be good from 3 semester so that u get placement
You get very good placements.

It is a reputed college and the course I wanted was available. They were also well known for their extra curricular activities which was something I wanted. It is not far from my location. It is a college from where a lot of my family members have graduated

No wonder Bangalore City college is one of the best college in the town for its both UG and PG courses. We also have a vast alumni network, and this helped me land a great summer internship. Every classes out here is worth attending and learn exceptionally.

Placement Experience:
There's a panel for placement which doesn't work properly. Every year only 2-3 companies confess for placement. And that too not for all the courses. BA have a minimum number of placement team coming every year.

According to the reviews online, Bangalore University (BU) is an average university and is known to be deteriorating day by day.
- Students are irritated by their evaluation system.
- They tend to check the answer sheets carelessly.
- The faculty never completes the syllabus.
- The announcement of results is delayed quite often.
- The condition of the campus is deteriorating and no action is taken to solve it.
- There is a lack of core technical subjects in B.Com.
It is suggested that you do not go for BU, as it won't provide learning and understanding courses, topics and the concepts. It will be better if you opt for VTU instead.
