VTU Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

From 6th sem the college placements are started ,there are certain expects we need to consider for placements such as some companies don't want backlogs and some depend on CGPA , various companies likes robosoft,wipro,tech Mahindra,etc... visit our college and on an avg 60%are placed package vary around 2lpa to 12lpa. My plans after placements is to apply for various other companies as I will search for the best.

CMRIT has a strong placement card with companies like Cognizant TCS and Accenture the college provides ample internships workshops and industries exposure post graduation or plan to pursue full stuck development or data science with options for higher studies of specialised certifications if needed

They mostly focus on the VTU syllabus and make us to do multiple revisions behalf of that They teach us coding.The timing are best ,it is from 8:20 to 2:00 I will have lot of time for self study and skills

Course are based on departments which we choose which are based on the development of students of the respective departments and have extra course facilities for students to develop the knowledge with based on the jobs they offer

After 7th semester students are eligible for campus placement As I know infosys dxc byjus and other Highest package is 12 lakh per annum average package is 4.5lakh per annum 50 percentage of students get placement My plan to get job in software industry and later trying to start startups

The curriculum of vvce with industry standards, trends and emerging technologies and key sone aspects like practical exposure, electives and self development programs. Preparation for real world aspects, suggestions of development like extra public talks ,seminar etc

College placements in my college is really good. More than 100 companies had been to my college. So our placements starts from 6th sem onwards and it'll go on upto 8th sem end. For placement training we have to pay an amount of 12000 where the placement coordinators will teach us both aptitude, verbal communication and coding. So the cutoff cgpa for most of the companies are 6.00 cgpa and above with no active backlogs. And the average package is 4.5 lac So some of the companies which visited my college are: Visa- package 28.5 lac PA (1 girl got selected and this was the highest package) Healthasyst company- 5 LPA- 6 students selected Speridian technologies - 3.5 LPA- 11 students selected IDFC first bank- 10LPA- 1 student selected Netradyne- 9.6 LPA- 6 students selected Leadsqured -7.5 LPA- 7 students ( I am one of them) Capgemini - 4.5 LPA- 30 students selected Epicore- 9.2 lpa- 4 students Nokia- 9 Lpa- 8 students Crimson logic - 5 LPA- 6 students Cubic logic - 4 LPA- 7 students Epsilon - 5LPA- 8 students selected Etc So the overall no of final year students are around 1200 approx..out of which 1000 had applied for placements and 200 had opted out of placements due to higher studies. So out of 1000 students nearly 600-700 students were placed. When it comes to me. Im already placed in Leadsqured with a package of 7.5 lac PA.

In computer science and principals and practices that make students brighter and the curriculum encompasses which build the career that helps in students future including algorithm data structures and the dsa

There will be several company where come to our college for the placement purpose some of our seniors were selected and getting minimum salary as 3lakh per annum and minimum of 10-15 students where getting placement for every year

For now I'm only in 2nd year, 1st was basically a common year for all departments so it wasn't tht serious, but from 2nd year we actually have important subjects like OS, Design thinking, java and dsa, which I think is very helpful at this point of time. The difficulty level is obviously more coz we have internals every month.
